Re: Captain America 4: Brave New World (Marvel/Disney, 2025)

Gal Gadot isn't statuesque at all, she's thin as a rail, and doesn't have the build for Sabra, much less Wonder Woman. I basically want Kat Dennings (if it's a comedy) or Kellee Moran. If you're going to cast a model anyways, cast a thick, stacked model. There are plenty of women who fit the descrip...

Re: Disney Board Fight

They deserve it since they are writing out Sabra I don't blame them for writing out Sabra at all with all the money tied up in these things. These massive blockbusters try to be apolitical and risk averse. Their ideal situation would be something like the Top Gun sequel where everything is very vag...

Seven Samurai and Magnificent Seven. Not better just different.
I like Battle Beyond the Stars if we're talking 7 Samurai remakes:

It actually is a remake (though unofficially) of the Japanese movie Yojimbo.
Yeah it's a remake of Yojimbo. Kurosawa sued and got a cut of royalties. There was an American remake too called "Last Man Standing".

Re: Better adaptions and remakes

There have always been incredible remakes. My favorite are Sorcerer, True Grit & Cape Fear which are better than the originals. Close behind are Little Shop of Horrors, the Thing & Scarface also. Does Airplane! count? Lockout? A Fistful of Dollars?

Re: A.I. some are really good!

I can definitely say the Bing Image Creator is quite addictive! But then again, if my amateur efforts can make 3cbf06c7-4e85-42e4-bb88-f138c631b100.jpg I'm not complaining. Honestly my only real complaint with them is that their content filters are not listed, and very chaotic. By that I mean, I ca...

You'd think the workplace shooting angle would be what makes this controversial, not the sex transformation.

Re: What got you started in the Super Heroine in Peril genre?

As a kid I really enjoyed the first 30 minutes of Return of the Jedi and didn't really know why. I had a giant stack of old comics and I remember the constant peril of these sexy heroines apologies for a lot of images: This here is the tip of the iceberg, bronze age babes getting attacked by tentacl...

Re: Loving Submission

There was a recent comic by Grant Morrison which really leans into that aspect of the character. I liked it but it might not be for you. To be honest with where the industry and culture in general is right now, there's not that much pervy stuff out there. I really think it's because it's so easy for...

Re: The Marvels (2023, Marvel)

A movie like this is the kind of thing that should create a generation of superheroine fetishists if it's done right. If they make Kamala's costume a little tighter and have her struggle to wriggle free from bonds at some point, it could work.

I can't believe they finally gave a heroine a sexy form-fitting costume in one of these movies. Brie Larson should have worn something like this for the Captain Marvel movie.

I think it might look good once they do some post on it. I don't know what you mean about no more jacked up bodybuilders as heroes though. Superman, Captain America and Thor in the current movies aren't jacked up?
