Re: Wonder Woman in Sydney

Very interesting to see the psychological impact of . . . Wonder Woman depowered, defeated, and even having her tiara taken! These are the sorts of things the show never delved into, that would have made it so much better. And all this while conveying the feel of the TV show and the main character. ...

Re: Superman and Lois Season 3 or

I haven't followed this show at all, but reading some of the news, I see that they had budget cuts and had to cut the regular series characters down to a minimum. I almost wonder if that would have been a blessing in disguise if it had happened to the Supergirl show. One of my gripes of that show wa...

Count me in with the people who thought someone from higher up had sent down word to tame down the show and lessen the peril for the main character. I couldn't have been more wrong, it seems, as the last couple of episodes were brutal for the heroine, from the beatdown she received, to the torture o...

Weird to think there's only three episodes left, kind of figured this was going to be a one and done, but there's definitely a lot more to cover so there might have to be a lot more. I've really only just now started looking into what the story essentially needs to cover, and the second age is big....

To focus on Damselbinder’s initial question, I prefer the heroine to be a badass, rather than someone who can’t hold her own. It takes away any drama if she’s a punching bag. I like her to be tough, but also to have challenges. When she does get in a pickle, it's more interesting and dramatic if she...
