Try fluffing up the edges and masking the effect. Also some motion blur would help it quit alot. Potentially even a local defocus for a frame or 2 before Dr M dissappears. Just quite sharp atm, not much connection between the smoke and DrM. Thank you for the feedback swampy, I agree with the motion...
