I agree if you have a high powered superheroines aka Wonder woman you can't just have the villians grab her strip her belt without any resistance.

Obviously a number of traps are possible, or sleep gas but just don't give it 10 seconds and straight to her ball gagged and helpless.

There is always the hostage or fake hostage.

The latter when the mastermind has his assistant usually a hot female in a peril.

For example he tells Wonder Woman give me the lasso and after capturing her, he and his cohort gloat at her stupidity
