For outfits with a cape, I generally prefer the cape to at least be long enough to cover the heroine's ass (as in the Moonstar outfit attached) and at most reach to the bottom of the heroine's boots. And I usually prefer longer capes. But that's just me.

My suggestion for the new Argon Girl costume: Add a cape. My opinion is that Supergirl based characters should be caped. But maybe that's just me.
