I've raised the prize limit this year and added an additional reward. Not only that, but we also introduce a curve with the year's subject matter as all entries must be inspired by The Wizard's Commissioned Artwork Gallery. Hmmm...I wonder if it will mean that I'll show up in some of the stories. Hehe.

Zeta's Spotlight Gallery - I've been wanting to do a spotlight gallery for quite a while now. And yes, The Wizard's Lair does have a ton of different spotlight galleries already. But I wanted a way to introduce some of our Lurkers to the many treasures still found within our wonderful Lair. With this in mind, my weekly spotlights could cover anything from renders to stories. We may revisit something from our Henchmen Gallery or dive into our C&C Gallery. So now comes the difficult task of choosing my first spotlight. With so many different great contributions over the years, what should be our first focus? In making my decision, I knew I wanted something that reflected the heart and soul of The Wizard's Lair. I also wanted something that inspires our community and challenges us to improve ourselves and our craft. So it is my great honor to spotlight the works of Syncro (over 100 pages worth). Tragically, he was taken from us too early, but his memory and his passion still resonates with us all.

Zeta Clark's "Wonder Woman vs. ???" serial - I've finally started on a fan-created serial. This one stars Wonder Woman and is an adult parody that takes place my version of the television universe. I'm keeping the villain a surprise this week so you don't know what he is capable of. It's an original villain by me, though his power is a bit cliche. That said, it should make for a quite a perilous misadventure for our heroine as the serial progresses. Please write to us and let me know what you think of the serial and whether or not you want to see more like it.

Heya... all good in Zeta world? You're usually like clockwork, but the last while has been less active. I'm not trying to pressure you, just hoping everything's cool. Even if most of us probably never say so, at least speaking for myself, I appreciate how you've maintained the site since Vladi retired and I look forward to your clever updates!

It certainly has been a strange few months for me. Several large "real life" projects hit me all at once, turning my normally scheduled lifestyle into a chaotic mess. Though I was healthy; I was stressed.

The major projects are done, however, and I've hopefully prevented another perfect storm from disrupting my life like a hurricane again. It will still take a few weeks to get my schedule back in order though.

I truly thank you for your support. The Wizard's Lair has always been an amazing place for me, so it's a pleasure to help keep moving it forward.

The current website celebrates its 20th anniversary next month. Can you believe that?
