I don't want to be too suspicious. I would use a love potion or a hypno device on the heroine to be my girlfriend but still fight crime. I would not want her super friends to suspect anything weird.

In addition to some sort of hypno or love potion, I would pump our captured heroine for the secret identities of some of her fellow crimefighters as a form of insurance policy in the event some of her friends decide to cause you any difficulties.

The dilemma as always is that if you take your superheroine down too far she is no longer a superheroine, and what would be there for you to cherish once she is gone? Once you have her you need to find a way to have her come back. Show her that there is something positive by being taken away from it all, albeit for a short while. Be her excuse, be her release, be her safe, yet dark and dangerous fantasy. Do that and not only can have your superheroine, but you can have her over and over and over again.

Hi UK Chick! I second the public display - one of my personal fantasies when I'm in the zone. I think she could be left outside City Hall or some other prominent building. Second choice would be the dumpster.
I love the idea of an implant - a small explosive or high-voltage charge preventing its removal.
