Power Babe confronts the evil Peril Maker who defeated and humiliated Superia in their first encounter and the blonde bombshell is out to get revenge. At first Peril Maker seems to be no match for Power Babe until a very special liquid gives him the advantage. Soon Power Babe finds herself weak and disoriented as Peril Maker uses his new found power to his advantage completely dominating our heroine.
