Batgirl comes to the aide of a citizen in distress without knowing that it's actually an ambush! A new villain (Samantha Grace) has snuck up behind batgirl and Rendered her helpless using a chloroform soaked rag.
She picks her up and carries her away where she keeps her sedated, chloroforming her every time she wakes up while stealing her costume, boots, and utility belt.
The mask is last and when Batgirl is stripped naked Samantha can continue her plan of robbing banks dressed as batgirl so that batgirl will get the blame.
Batgirl wakes up and takes the opportunity to surprise Samantha and render her helpless with the same chloroform rag. She takes back her costume and now kits off to jail for Samantha!
