88 cent Otc medicines

They've probably been around for a while and I just never paid any attention, but the other day I went to Walmart to pick up a few things and I walked across a display of these items. I needed cortisone so I picked one up (it works like I expected it to, and 88 cents) but there were cold and flu meds allergy stuff and other topical medications.

Anyone try any of the other ones before? I'm a cheapskate so I'm hoping that no one ended up with a third eyeball or something from any of these
