I came across this article dated 2012. They skip what I think is the first Internet superheroine porn site, Superheroine Demise, but they bring up what I think is the second, Superheroine Central.

I found this outdated article a year ago. I noticed the writer also overlooked Sexedupsuperheroines. Steve Steele was the first producer of hardcore SHIP. I believe some softcore companies have been around for much longer than Steve Steele.

I take it you mean someone who specialized in hardcore SHIP. When it was still DVD as opposed to the internet there were a few producer who did hardcore (Rick Savage) which include superheroines.

Unlike the majority on this site, these were more into sadism, think Kink.com times 5

I bought a few Harmony concepts with Darla Crane as Spellbinder. Those were great. No hard core though. But they did spend money on costumes etc.

There was a certain charm and simplicity to a lot of the older stuff and I remember enjoying it immensely when I found this genre.

Its to bad that the Japanese ones who have great costumes could not be done in other languages.

Loved the Kelsie Chambers Spellbinders. They did a great one where she and about 6 girls got captured by white slavers. Topless nudity, gags, bondage, bit of groping., lovely gals, it was great

The Harmony and HOM era was mostly girls tying up girls, no penetration. I think they were worried about prosecution for for distribution of pornography across state lines. In the 1980s Republicans were big on that type of stuff. Mail order magazines could get you federal time, if the powers that be wanted it.

It was kind of quaint to focus on outfits and picture stories that didn’t go immediately to the girl getting fucked.
