I was watching and interview with Kazumisquirts and she discusses her income being a 0.01% only fans girl. $50k a WEEK. A WEEK. That breaks down to $2.6 mil a year.

Looking at girls in the 0.01% category (Belle Delphine, this girl) even though they are pretty they are more girl next door than Jenny McCarthy super model looking. Got me wondering what men are willing to pay for. Attainability, girl next door, niceness? She obviously has curve and good lady parts and engages in acts. In the interview she said she did GB parties with multiple guys and has a body count over 500. Her content is supposedly hard core.

Clearly there is some "formula" to this though it maybe the luck of the draw when it comes to your body and face. The distribution on only fans is a very definite ski slope with less than 1% making 99% of the wealth or some such absurd ratio.

Hopefully this girl puts her money in mutual funds or real estate or something, has to work a few years then just live off the money. I would image tax rates are insane.

The formula seems to be, as far as I can tell, coming into OF with a HUGE following from somewhere else. This is quadruple true if you developed a giant following of thirsty dudes before you came in. Bella Delphine was on Twitch for quite a while, kind of flirting with the idea of posing nude, but not actually doing it. Kazumi had a big following from her porn career as well.

These girls had fan bases we can only dream of to start with. When they brought those guys to OF, the site rewarded them by pushing them to the top of every "Recommended" page, scoring them even more.

I feel like Only Fans is a mirage in a desert, though. They're already doing their best to push out the SW community. We all need to be prepared for when the gravy train hits the end of the track.

I'm top 1.3%, and while I do quite well for myself, if I could have just one MONTH at $50k, I'd probably do almost anything for it.

"SW community"?

The pre-existing customer base was something I had not thought of but yes I know Delphine had a huge twitch following doing game videos. I would imagine Pokemane will do the same thing at some point though she already makes something like $1 mil a month just doing twitch streams.

I've heard that rumor as well that Only Fans is trying to cull content. I did see someone who was a gaming streamer on twitch had got fed up with all the girls on twitch so he streamed games on only fans and got a fair number of followers.

So that brings up the point that there are also guys who make money streaming so its not just women.

Just shows life is not an even distribution.

"SW Community" is "Sex Worker Community."

We built OnlyFans, but they're apparently looking to sell the platform and turn it into another version of Cameo. Rumor has it that they want celebrities to be able to "connect with their fan base," and they can't really have porn videos on the same platform as The Rock trying to sell inspirational speeches. We'll see how it goes.

I know that AVN (Adult Video Network) is setting up a competitor, and I imagine a lot of us will end up there. I get a little anxious about AVN, though, because I'm not sure what their expectations will end up being.

My understanding is that several of the top selling creators on OF are guys. I think a handful of them aren't even doing sexual content. There's money to be made out there pretty much no matter what you look like or what your interests are, so long as you're reasonable charismatic and you know how to court your audience.

So do themes also work? You have a KO/Bondage theme. Does that bring in customers over if you just did straight up racy content? Like if someone did sailor girl theme or gang sex theme or some such thing. Yes I know some guys have profitable OF channels. sports, etc even some political stuff.

I went to AVN the year before Covid and it was nearly all cam girl related. A few models but mostly girls live streaming and trying to sell being cam girls to other girls. Kind of a cam girl "farm". Also a fair amount of trans people so that appears to be growing. It was clearly not the glamorous, huge event I remember from 2010.

So if the girl is smart she probably farms a fan base from other work then moves to OF at some point.

I brought a lot of fans over with me when I started, for sure. I keep them on OF by offering BTS still and such from my shoots, and by offering more sexualized content than they can find anywhere else. A few guys complain about it, since they don't get to download and keep the videos, but I've also found that OF does a relatively decent job of making my content harder to pirate.

I'm not really ready for my actual pornographic content to pop up on Motherless, so it makes sense to keep it on OF for now. I have noticed a pretty substantial uptick in subs since I started releasing that kind of content, but I can't say that it actually sells any better than my non-explicit material.

To date, my best selling clip on OF is a Giantess video where I grow out of my clothes. No closeups of genitals, no green screens or special effects, just clever clothes ripping and a bit of nudity. I think the themes work well, but it's a bit tough to dial them in. OF does have some very basic Statistics tools, but you can't really look and see how specific videos are performing. I'd really like that functionality, and tools that allow me to see how different genres perform week to week.

Frankly, OF is a bit of a mess when it comes to the kinds of data that we as producers need. There's money to be made there, and if you're considering it, I say go for it.

On the pirate issue I have seen where other sites will take only fans videos but post them behind their fire wall. So profiting off pirating vs the robinhood mentality of pirating. My content ends up like that as well in someone else's aggregated content pay site area. Glad at least the videos need a special player to play them. Giga does that as well.

You know, if I'm honest I'd prefer that.

Like, people are going to pirate my content no matter what I do, but I'd rather that content *still* be behind a paywall and not just freely floating around the internet for my family to find by accident.

It boils my blood to think about other people profiting off of my work. At least it's better than some entitled jerk who just downloads a video that I personally paid hundreds of dollars to produce and then just throws it up where anyone with an internet connection can have it.

That's why I make sure my copyright and website are on every pic. Its advertising.

I see people on Substack making $50k a month just doing politics. So there is money.

Regularly working with top 1%+ OF models - yea, there's no competing with that.

One particular model I work with is 0.03%, she's looking at buying a second house - cash! (and her max level is full frontal, guys just love to pay women to watch them work out apparently)

Shooting when they're in the top 0.0..% - it's either just for charity or fun, as they really don't need to shoot to supply content. A few selfies is plenty.

It's all about making shoots about the art and for kicks. Thankfully Cosplay is a breath of fresh air enough for most, that many are interested to shoot for the fun of it.

A lot of money seems to get spent on the game of coaxing a girl to be just a little bit naughtier.

The not-too-naughty brand management of content portals is obnoxious, especially when the limit gets fastidiously dragged toward broadcast TV standards. But it also seems inevitable. Which makes content creators who complain that The Algorithm has turned against them almost as obnoxious. But I guess since every generation has to learn the same lessons, it should be expected that content creators will always be surprised by the turn.
