I am having the worst time with getting a Wonder Woman custom done. Is there a current list of GOOD producers or can anyone recommend a producer that can do a Wonder Woman custom. Please understand this is a serious inquiry and I have had bad experiences lately with a couple of producers so there might be a "No, thanks. Next."

Help a guy out please!!!!!!!! :ww1:

I had a really good experience with Goldie Blair last year. She was reasonably priced and made exactly what I wanted pretty quickly. Keep in mind her videos are almost always shot in her living room so don't expect anything too elaborate. I also hired Christina Carter who made a spectacular video but it took a very long time to get it done and it was fairly expensive. Still I got what I paid for.

Depends what you want. Without really looking or thinking:
Kendra James has a wonder woman costume, Casey Calvert did a wonder woman custom for me, Emma's Secret Life does wonder woman scenes.
Christina Carter was/is the definition of Wonder Woman in the ship community.
Cory Chase does wonder woman too.
Depends on what sex/peril you want, and obviously how much you are willing to pay.

Thanks to the community for the help! I greatly appreciate the suggestions. If anyone wants to private message me with other suggestions, please do so.

I love Christina Carter. If the truth be told, Christina and I were set to do my 'Ultimate Wonder Woman' custom earlier this year in which we were both very keen on doing. However, the stars just couldn't align just right. At this point, I believe she is 'busy'.

Anastasia Pierce has always been great, have used her a couple of times, knows the genre, knows what works on paper but not on screen. Cannot recommend her enough for a good heroine peril custom.

I made the mistake of going direct to an actress who didn't really get the piece - it wasn't a disaster (partly because Flying Heroines did a bit of editing and tidying up at the end) but it took a lot to get it done and it confirmed that there is a lot of value add from a good producer that you don't really see when everything goes right

One point of difficulty is 'method of payment'. Most producers are willing to do it, but how to pay them is proving to be difficult. I also must admit that since I feel that the custom wasn't truly fulfilled by the last producer, I'm a little paranoid about getting robbed again. Has anyone paid with an amazon e-certificate? Sounds highly suspect, but it might be a way I just don't know of. What do you think?

Have you tried Cali Logan? I have had excellent experiences with her in the past. I'm sure she must have a WW costume. She has tons of models and her prices are excellent. Not super high production values, but she puts in a lot of time and effort to give you what you want. It depends what you are looking for.

Cannot recommend Sahrye. Obviously mentally ill (and nothing funny about mental illness).

Cannot recommend Knights of Gotham - ordered a custom with Dee Williams and it never happened. Never got my money back either.

Cannot recommend Chrstina Carter. Surprisingly unprofessional.

I am done with the world of customs. I feel that the producers currently in the SHIP community are the worst. Just my personal opinion based on negative experiences with multiple people. I will be happy with the positive experience I had with Alex and walk away.

It's a weird industry. You find a lot of shady characters, just by the very nature of it.
I think there are also some producers who go into it with genuine good intentions. But then they get swamped by a parade of lowlifes and con artists and they quickly become unprofessional assholes in response. Which is not a good way to run a business, but it's almost understandable up to a point.

I have had some truly terrible experiences and been ripped off more than once. But I've also had some really good experiences, too. Primal was always great to work with (although I think they are only doing some very limited super-heroine customs now). Cali Logan is fantastic. LuciaFilms does incredibly good work. Hannah Perez did a custom for me and it turned out really bad, so she re-did the whole thing with a different model for free. So that's a bad experience AND a good experience from the same producer. Been thinking about ordering from her again, because that's the kind of customer service that deserves to be rewarded.

I have to agree with you about Christina Carter. I tried to order a custom from her once and I was shocked at how unprofessional she was. I absolutely love her videos, but I wouldn't order a custom from her.

Tomiko is responsive and quick
Hannah Perez as well
Not Wonder Woman but Goddess Celine does quick work if you ever need Catwoman done
Also Destinationkat does great inexpensive work on many vids
I want to recommend Tracy Jordan but she has gotten spotty with replies

Everything has just gotten so expensive though

Could be these producers can now make more money doing simple OnlyFans content than doing a custom. Just wear a cosplay outfit and do some stuff for members vs having to cater to a custom request.

Curious to hear everyone's opinions of Christina Carter being unprofessional. Sad to hear that because she was one of the greats. So hot as Wonder Woman when I first discovered this genre back in 2007.

I have order customs from Alex Bettinger and The Rye in 2010 and 2011. Both were amazing an affordable at the time. Alex's cost me about $1200 and The Rye made 2 customs for me for $500. That was a steal!

In 2019, I had a custom made by Lucia films and they were a dream. Very professional and communicative. They are my #1 recommendation. Keep in mind Lucia and team probably get loads of requests so you might feel ghosted. I would definitely order from them again. I spend about $3600 for a Dishonored film.

Currently have one in the books with The Rye but he isn't as communicative as before. And the turnaround time is excruciating and painfully long. I trust him though and definitely recommend. His sound production design is the best!

My one experience with Christina Carter was - I sent her a script many years ago, and she basically gave me a ridiculously high price. Now, to be fair, the script was seriously over-complicated and had like 4 performers in it, so that price isn't necessarily unreasonable. I think she probably could have handled the communication better, but not a big deal.

My experience with Alex Bettinger was not good at all. He charged me a fortune and we discussed a ton of really cool ideas, and absolutely NONE of them made it into the video. Also, it was a little weird, because I suggest a model for the lead role and he said he would NEVER hire that person as the lead. Then he later suggested the same model as the villain in the video, which was also a leading role, since there were only two people in it. Then... to make it up to me, he promised to let me write a scene in the sequel to my video, but then never answered any of my e-mails and went ahead and made a sequel without me.

I never worked with The Rye, so I have nothing to add there.

Lucia Films was amazing. I worked with them for like a year getting the costume(s) just right and the video they made for me is one of the best in my collection. :)

So was it ridiculously high priced? Or not necessarily unreasonable?

Sorry for everyone who has ever ordered a custom and never received it AND/OR ordered a custom and what was discussed ultimately was fruitless in the end

Glad no one has ever complained about any customs I have done (to my knowldge), though I tend to be highly selected with customs and won't do any I don't believe I can do justice for the budget/desire of the customer

Have ordered a few customs and by some kind of magic have been super happy with what I got back

There were other factors, as well. But yeah, she quoted me a price of like $8,000. She also made reference to that fact that I sent the same script to another producer and apparently, they had a good laugh about it behind my back. It was more the phrasing of it that bugged me, rather than the price, to be honest. It was a LONG time ago, too, so my memory of the exact series of events is a little fuzzy. But I did not come away feeling good about it. And I can see shades of unprofessionalism in what happened with me. That's all I'm saying.

Her work really is incredible. :)

I can vouch for this, as I'm an example of someone whose custom request you declined because you didn't think you could do it justice. I think those literally were your exact words. I totally respected and appreciated that candid response. Not all producers are as honest or as realistic in assessing whether they can provide what the customer is requesting.

They vary quite a bit depending on producer, content, # of performers, etc.
I just recently ordered a 30-minute custom which was Femdom PoV - so just one performer, and it cost me around $500. That's pterry much the low end for that length. I've paid over $2K for some of my more ambitious ones. And I've heard of people paying as much as $4K or $5K.

Not being married helps.... (but the most I spent on a custom video was "just" 800 € ...and it wasn't worth it).

I should add that a couple of the names endorsed here for their professionalism didn't do a good job for me. So I think that if you decide to pay for a custom video you just need a lot of luck.

After 2 years of searching the net, contacting multiple producers, and 2 failed wonder woman project experiences that made me miserable, I am going to have my 'ultimate wonder woman custom' shooting tomorrow. Before was mini customs about 10 minutes long due to the pandemic, but an opportunity recently came up that I decided to go for something more interesting that I really wanted to do for a long time. It will be about 30 minutes long. Stars a very beautiful model. The script is a combination of my first 2 customs - Wonder Woman in an aoh bdsm comic book styled storyline. And the SHIP community are the ones responsible for tormenting our beloved heroine!!??! Yes, it's true. Hopefully I will be happy enough to talk about it more.

I do want to thank the SHIP community for their help in this endeavor. :ww1:

I somehow doubt that anyone who’s even considered spending that much on custom porn is married, lol. (I say that as someone who is both unmarried and has spent that much on customs before.)

Luck is certainly a major factor. Maybe it's somewhat less so at the high end of the pricing spectrum, where you might expect to have more back and forth with the producer about all the nitty-gritty details that matter most to you. Even then, luck might still have a lot to do with it. I recall another thread discussing the relationship between cost and satisfaction with the result of the custom, and batting average didn't necessarily seem to increase with increasing cost. I personally consider every custom to be a gamble, even with producers that I've worked with multiple times. Sometimes I get lucky, and sometimes not so much.

I totally agree with this. Some producers just "get" me and my fetish and some don't. And even producers that I like and have had success with in the past don't always do a great job every time. Sometimes they are just stressed or busy or whatever. They are humans, believe it or not. Also... I have to acknowledge that sometimes, my script is to blame. :-P

This has turned into a really good thread. I was thinking of starting a thread in the Lounge regarding the best practices that I've found to work as a veteran of my share of customs. I've had mostly good luck with them, although I tend to stick to higher priced producers because I do see the quality difference both in terms of the end product and customer service. The times when it didn't work out were very instructive.

I was also thinking of starting a thread that lists what we expect from a producer, within reason of course!

Anyone up for that?

Just FYI, this is not the first thread about customs. They pop up every now and then. I'm not sure any particular thread will stay around as a reference for very long.

But I am always happy to talk about customs and my experiences. I remember the first time I ordered one, I was absolutely terrified and had NO idea what the heck I was doing.

my experience with producers

borderland bound was ok they did what i sent them and they added extra minutes that was 45 minutes long so in the end they did ok but i only used them once

knights of Gotham i had a little rocky start with the first custom then after about 4 customs i kept thinking i was watching someone else's video because the script's i sent were different i stopped after the 5th custom when i paid for a doll and the video was 10 minutes and not what i put on my script so i did no more after that

i tried Hannah Perez once the video was ok did not feel fun much so i never used her again

superbond was next i had 3 videos from him and they were not as good as i hoped they felt lacking and no care put into them so again i stopped using them

next was Cory chase the first video was ok but the next one she changed part of my script the hero was looking for a bad cop but somehow he was a good cop and after that it felt not as good my last one did it for me i had a good script and she would have a nice black leotard on but she sent me a message saying she did my video but wanted to use her new black widow outfit and used it on my video without asking me first and the video was not fun to watch so i left her

at this moment i was going to give up but found another producer Brittany Lynn and she was so fantastic every script i sent her she did everything that was on there not missing a single thing i was so happy i made over 90 videos with her she is truly the best

next is Maggie queen she is another awesome producer getting everything i sent right and so much fun to watch she is awesome

next is fuckedfetish he really loves the scripts i send him he makes sure everything fits into the story from the awesome outfits to the places he goes all out and is working on my next script set in the 80s can not wait to see that

BRAZILIAN GIRLS FETISH FILMS i love this producer the most awesome models he has and the fun he puts in my scripts is truly wonderful the best ever and the most fun to send a script to

the last producer is Vallstudio i only had my first custom with her but she did a fantastic job this is her first time playing a hero and she nailed everything going to use her again for another great custom.

Customs experiences:

First one was LuciaFilms. Absolutely wonderful people, prices are high but it is quality in terms of everything. They were pretty quick when I used them years ago but now they have been slow in responding, I suspect it is because they are overwhelmed with more and more inquiries. I wrote them about a year ago about doing another one and in our thread, they have maybe responded three times in the last year. But not a knock on them, just lovely people and definitely willing to hear you out on script details.

Second one was Heroine Movies. It is a shame he is not doing them anymore, he delivered it to a T in terms on script/setting. Very nice, quick to respond, insanely reasonable. Perhaps one day he will change his mind and return.

Third was Rye. The man, the myth, the legend. Gotta admit. It was wonderful. Pricey, yes, but also top tier with quality, production, etc. Very nice but also sometimes slow to respond but it is ok because he's Rye and he knows what he is doing. Contacted about maybe another but hasn't responded in a while, i'm sure he is just slammed as well.

Did two smaller ones with Steve Noir. I would say he's the quickest to respond out of everyone but he is specific in terms of taste, he won't do just any kind of custom. We both had to wrestle on some elements in terms of script, etc. But he got it down very well for me also. Very thorough, just specific.

Messaged plenty who never responded back or who were just plain not willing to work with me, it's ok, I get it, but I'm working on one last custom and then i'm out. Spent too much damn money. Don't get me wrong. It is nice to have a video that is YOURS, but at the end of the day, a couple of grand to spend on a twenty second feeling is…a bit much.

Cheers

I recently bought Brazilian Girls Fetish Films "Supersyl Catched etc, which I believe is made from The123's custom script and enjoyed it very much. They seem to ahve done a really good job with it. I don't commission customs myself, but do buy a lot of such videos, and supe Sylwas definitely well done I'd say.

I've had good success with VIP. Vivian Irene Pierce. But it was sometime ago. Don't know if she is still in the business. She hasn't made anything new in allmost a year. Does anyone know is she is still around?
I’ve followed VIP for a long time now on IG and she is definitely still taking customs. Which is good because there’s still no one better than her in these kinds of roles IMHO.

Is it possible that Christina Carter’s “unprofessional” behavior could be driven by health problems? Anybody who has followed her for any length of time knows she’s battled Lupus.

This is just a question/theory.

That is very much of a possibility as she does not work on anything due to flares up with her lupus but is willing to give updates on how she is doing on her of page and such when she can.
