How important was Rye’s Superior Girl Doomsday Trilogy?
When I look back at our genre as a historian, I believe this trilogy forever redefined what was possible. A beautiful, athletic, good-hearted superheroine fighting, struggling, and suffering peril after peril. What did we think of it? Was it as important to you as it was for me?
Having seen thousands of clips and pics some screenshots /stills might help jog my beleaguered memory
How strange are the ways of the gods ...........and how cruel.

Do you mean these? It's the only Rye Doomsday trilogy I found in a quick search of his early pages, but the supheroine seems to be named 'Megaiorgirl"

I think he's referring to the SuperiorGirl Doomsday trilogy with Cassidy playing SuperiorGirl.
They're well made movies, but I don't think they changed the landscape.
They're most notable now for being PG/PG-13 rated.
Rye appears to have moved to do more exploitation type films.
