TIGHTS!!!!! and LOTS of differant colors like pink and purple and light blue etc.
CHLOROFORM!!! especially when the heroine is already been captured and she is tied up or trying to escape.
SLEEPING GAS!!!

The sleeping gas should also be in a variety of colors (pink,purple,red ,lightgreen and blue ) especially when they are already captured or trying to escape nothing hotter than a heroine squirming in her ropes , only to be getting gassed again..... and again
