What do you look for in a trailer? Obviously trailers are meant to showcase the film and offer intrigue. Typically, trailers offer just enough for you to want more. But is this the case for you for this genre? What compels you to buy? Constructive feedback wanted. Thanks!

Speaking of your trailers Logan they are often not that important to me because I know most of your cast and tend to buy mainly on cast, e.g. I always buy anything wity Kelly, I would like to get everything with Tiffany but am not a millionaire but have a growing fondness for Bridget aka new Allura..
I do find the screen caps very effectine when it comes to buying though.
In general I use trailers to get an idea of the voice and reactions of a character/actress I am not familiar with and how thei routfit looks in action and it often gives me an idea of the feel and how th echemistry works between the protagonists. I mean just look at Ameoba and Trinity or Ameoba and LW and Alura in New Toy just brilliant.

On a quick sid enote I did notice that some releases had the actress listed but that seems to have stopped so now I find myself reading through the tags to find my favourites.

Hope my post makes sense and is helpful

Personally, I'm a lot into low blows, so if your match has some, please show them in the trailer including a little reaction.

I like your trailers a lot, but as the guy above said, I find screen grabs equally important. With pictures you can give away a little more detail without having people just download the trailer. I bought 00Angels because of a screen grab of Tiffany reacting to a low blow and her outfit. The other 95% of the match didn't interest me. But the trailer told me that and I was fine with. I just couldn't wait for Low Blow Compilation 3 ;)

I like the trailers but I am with the guys above. I love the trailers but screen caps are as important. And I also get most things with the girls I like the most or characters.

Anything with Allura or LW or Hawke, or that contains a chloro or gas is a sure sell from me, or in the case of series, SVE is a sure sell too.

I think that you go above what others offer as far as details in your videos, not only do you provide video clips, but you also offer pretty much all you need to know , we just have to visit your website, & you provide Stills shots, pretty darn god description of what the content in the video detains, you even pretty much tell us what the outcome is.
you & your team far give more than enough information for us the customers to get a good idea of what it is we are getting for our $$.
I for one love that action scenes, including low blows & the reaction, you pack a lot into those brief clips so I feel very comfortable when I make a purchase :)

it is usually who stars in the production that will make me buy that video

I feel you give more than enough teaser, information for anyone to get a good idea of what they are getting

I want the trailer to be a fair representation of the movie. The best trailers give you samplers of all of the different fetishes showcased in the video. I've seen some really bad trailers where the trailer doesn't show me the fetish I am interested in and so I ignore the video and don't buy it and then later on find out that the stuff I want is actually in there, it just wasn't presented in the trailer, so they missed out on a sale. I've also seen trailers that go the other way, showing part of a bondage scene, for example, and then you buy the video and find out that the bondage in the trailer is all of 5 seconds of the actual video, so that's really disappointing and makes me lose trust in that producer.

I like it when the trailer is actually the whole movie. Then I can be sure whether I want to buy it or not. :cap:

I guess that's where it can become difficult. Showing all the fetishes can be hard when you include many - but you also don't want to give away what's going on because there is no point in purchasing the video then. When you have multiple scenes, showing the length isn't easy. We get asked how long a particular bear hug is all the time, but it would take too much time to itemize each fetish with their correlating run times so I guess you as a buyer would need to take a look at the screenshots that accompany the trailer to make your best judgment? I don't think any producer is intentionally trying to rip anyone off by having a shorter sequence of a certain fetish especially if it's not a primary focus of the film - for instance, we have some light bondage in Shadowgirl 4 which you can see in the trailer - but that scene is less than 5 minutes long and is basically a hypnosis scene. :)

I just watched the Shadowgirl pt4 trailer and am actually disappointed that it shows Shadowgirl breaking the machine or at least revealing that she does and steps free from it, even though I have the original movie it would have been fun not knowing what the outcome of the Duran Duran scene was, the thought of Shadowgirl beomg totally overwhelmed would have been awesome.

I agree, but unfortunately the majority of viewers don't like not knowing what happens. It really takes the fun out of making trailers. Since buyers make their decision on that, we have to show it. Real bummer.

Yes too true Logan, I like the way you die the outcome behind the "Who Wins" button as you can choose if you wnat to know or not and it doesn't give too much away even if you do like to know the ultimate winner.

I am still looking forwad to the release of part 4 though.

The kinds of videos we're talking about here aren't about drama, they are about sex, and most of the time, IMO, surprises in that kind of video are usually unpleasant. If I want suspense, I will watch a Hitchcock movie.

This is porn and porn has one purpose. I want to know what I am getting. I'm not shelling out the money unless I know the video includes the kind of content I want in significant quantity (and quality,).

I understand your point about not being able to include every fetish in the trailer, and screen shots definitely help in that regard. And I also don't think any producer deliberately tries to rip people off by including things in the trailer that aren't prominently featured in the movie. I have experienced disappointments like that but I don't think it was intentional.
