The pics aren't visible I'm afraid . After you select 'choose the file' and select the pics did you then hit 'Add the file' ?

Can't answer about the gallery, but make sure your attachments are no bigger than 500x700. I find that this size works best. Anything larger is a bit tricky.

I've increased the filesize limit as well as increased the image size limit to 1024. Maybe that will help? You have all the required permissions to post pictures.
