Hi folks, I'm Mat, but you can call me Freon.
I've been recently thawed from an experimental cryonic sleep unit, and wouldn't you know it? My DNA's been altered, giving me cryokinesis (aka control over cold and ice.) Times are tough for super-powered mutates, and the only way to get by was, unfortunately, to turn to crime. But hey, bank heists turned out to be a pretty lucrative gig.
If you think you can stop me, I'd love to hear about it in a PM. But I hope you dressed warm enough.
