Coco is a good shout, she's fantastic as Redwing (I love those TBFE OCs)
Cherie Deville is really good in pretty much anything she does
I think Lora from Lady2fight is underrated
Gigi Allens was great, she had the whole statuesque thing going on and you could believe she was dangerous
I'm still holding out hope that someone can convince/hire Nicolette Shea or Savanna Stylez to something, I love an imposing heroine getting defeated by a small smart villain/ess
