I'd personally be a little confused as to the message xD didn't NEG have some incredibly depressing theming?

just look at that costume!! Now this girl knows how to cosplay right! She probably captured every anime fanboy and girl in this costume, I would have voted for her!! I would ask if i could read her lips because I can't understand a word she said....except the language of love
