The villains have discovered Lightstreak's identity and are making plans in the background to stop her! They will stop at nothing to get information on what they think is an alien threat! Meanwhile, Camila and Greer are pushed into helping Reign develop something to neutralize Lightstreak's abilities! With Dr. Greer and Camila as their prisoner, things look grim for the City's newest heroines!
