I'm very surprised that nobody has ever made a thread about Manic, aka Mike McElwee from the UK.
(I mentioned him a couple times 6-7 years ago on this forum).

He is by far the most talented superheroine fetish artist working in independent comics, and has been so for many years.
Although he often writes complete stories, both of his own characters, the characters of others (such as Altawoman by the legendary Leee)
and commissioned work, he always includes a central element in his work:
the transformation of an ordinary woman into a resplendently muscular and powerful being (whether good or evil).
Usually, the transformation involves the subject attaining ecstatic pleasure in the course of the transformation.

And one of the things I like best about his work is that unlike almost all the other "FMG" artists, his renditions aren't grossly exaggerated for ridiculous visual fetish effect. They look perfect, especially his She-Hulk work, which he does all the time. I love many of his original characters, as well: they are very diverse in culture and appearance, yet he doesn't follow a politically-correct formula: there are literally white girls who become superhuman beings and change their skin color.

In fact, I'm quite surprised that he has never found work with a major comic company like Marvel. Certainly his level of talent equals or exceeds many of those working in the Big 2 industry today (I would compare him closely to John Byrne, for example). Perhaps he chooses to stay small and independent.

Regardless, those of you who are still not aware of the genius work of Manic should take a look at what he's been doing for the past decade or more.
It's an unparalleled body of work in the superheroine fetish realm!

I'm just going to post a handful of one-page transformation examples here. Sometimes his stories go for 10 pages or more. He has released many comic tales (I've bought quite a few of them from an old site of his which has since gone defunct). These days, if you want to support Manic, the best thing to do is to sign up to his Patreon for regular updates. He's quite diligent about them!

Transformation of an upper-class British girl into the jungle girl Bazuumba. Apparently her origin was she found a magic idol in the Amazon, or something like that.

Transformation of a slim wisp of an Asian girl reporter into the mighty muscular Chinese Altawoman. She stimulates herself to make the change happen (that's a common aspect of all of the 'Altawomen' in the Leee Altaverse).

Transformation of Marvel/Spider-Man side character into Free Spirit. (a heroine who was a 1990s sidekick of Captain America)

I don't think there's anything that comes close artistically and conceptually to what Manic does!

Nobody ever replied to the Manic thread yet. I find it hard to believe that nobody on SHF enjoys, or is influenced by, this artist who is at this point pretty much the best erotic superheroine transformation creator who has ever lived. I also find it hard to believe that hardly anyone else is trying to do what he does, or to reach his level (there are a handful of others on DA, but they don't measure up).

Anyway, I ran across some brand new work that I thought was particularly hot.
This first one is what happened when two "Altawomen" run across each other in the scheme of things: namely Allie West (the original)
and Mei-Ling, the Altawoman of China.
Their energies affect each other so much that they are forced to transform (of course, they always enjoy that) and then they become so
horny that they start making out with each other. This is not a bad thing. Wish Manic had depicted a bit more of that but maybe he'll get around to it.
Regular porn isn't really his thing, though - he's into comic book superheroines and he's into transformations.

Also relatively new from Manic is his adapatation of the obscure toy line figure from the 80s, Golden Girl (from Golden Girl and the Guardians of the Gemstone). The toy line was supposed to become a TV cartoon (there was a promo ad made which showed all the Golden Girl character in animated form) but it never did. Had it done so, it would have become well-known.

Three different transformations of Manic's version of the Golden Girl character, who is a forensic scientist in her secret identity (which works well for nerd-to-hot).

Hi, I just stumbled across this post, it's also taken me
3 years to see CiberSix. I almost always tend to focus on more recent topics, that's why I didn't see it, plus we have different schedules. I also remember a discussion about whether beauty or athleticism is more important, and one user mentioned that he didn't prefer a female version of Schwarzenegger. Of course, personal tastes influence this decision. For example, a Wonder Woman enthusiast would identify Mr. X's Ms. Americana. In my opinion, this SHE-HULK-style work is artistically impressive. However, taste is subjective.
No comment but it was seen.

Yeah, that's a good way of putting it. In Manic's world, every superheroine is some version of a sexually stimulated She-Hulk, if she's not actually She-Hulk herself. It's a specific vibe, I certainly admit.
