Forum messed up

You might be aware already but the forum is completely borked. I'm on firefox.

Mr X - is it garbled, slow, links not working etc Can you be more specific (if you can read this)

Do a SHIFT+F5 and refresh the site. I updated the site yesteray and I just cleared out the cache.
