How do I block someone?

Getting chat messages from an annoying jerk and I see there's a list of Blocked users, but I can't figure out how to add someone to the list.

Isn't there an Add Foe option?
Don't know if that is it but try it

CLICK ON THEIR username AND IT (ADD FOE) SHOULD COME UP AS AN OPTION but as I say I am not certain what it does.

If they are trolling you, forward a message OF THEIRS to myself or DrDominator9 or MH and we will look at it

SAME GOES FOR ANYONE ELSE GETTING ABUSIVE MESSAGES - DONT DELETE THEM PASS ON TO US AND THEN DELETE THEM

Same here, someone keep sending me messages even though I told him to stop and never message me. The foe didn't work.

I've handled this with a warning note to the member sending the unwanted PMs.
