Yes - the design is by Bill Black and Mark Heike. It's Ms Victory from Fem Force. Great 3D render!

We need more Fem Force fans in here! Surprised that more people on the Forum aren't into the series,
although the comics are somewhat hard to find.

Really good facial expressions too especially that third pic, she looks bad ass. And that's hard to convey beneath a mask.

The suit is by TerryMcG who does a lot of superheroine inspired costumes for sale from his DeviantArt page. I had to fiddle with the texture maps to get it closer to the comic book depiction as it's a complicated scheme.
