It is a classic scene. And since it's so important to many versions of Rogue's backstory, we get to see it many times over.

Although... didn't it lead it Carol Danvers getting those ludicrous alien shapeshifting powers for a while? If it turns out that was yet another quaalude-induced nightmare on my part I'll be happy to be corrected, however.
