It's a continuation of Agatha Harkness' story after the events of Wandavision. Theme seems to be centered on creepy witchcraft, with some reality/perception altering shenanigans that are different from what was going on in Wandavision but keeps some of the tone while altering it enough to make the show feel like it's own thing.
So long as he just talks about the show on this thread there's no call for us to be exclusionary. It's a public forum, we have to do SOME amount of tolerating everyone in here. We obviously don't have to agree with everyone, we obviously don't have to like everyone, and I'm often the first to scowl when I see something from 'the other side' trying to push something... but so long as a discussion thread remains just what it is we shouldn't attack people, that's just a different route to tanking the discussion. 1. Shevek starts a discussion about Agatha that predictably descends into acrimony, as it was designed to.
2. MH suggests starting a new thread on the show, which jlocke does, while shevek's thread remains open.
3. Shevek volunteers to stop posting on his own thread because he's (justifiably, of course!) done with the show and moving on.
So this thread exists as a counterpoint to shevek's still existent own thread on the same show. It wouldn't even exist except for shevek's bs. it was created as an alternative space from shevek's thread. Not only that, but shevek stated he didn't care about the show. And now here he, commenting on the thread created in opposition to his own freaking thread.
I didn't snap at "people" for no reason. I pointed out that this one particular thread among the thousands on this site was one that a particular person, if they had manners and sense, would avoid posting in.
My fam got real excited she might be her character from Legion xD... I had to really be like 'guys I think Legion is just a little too far removed on the Marvel canon graph for that... xD'
