This is with Leonardo, with some tweaking of the prompt and model used you could get something closer to your original image. Literally 30 seconds to make it.

would I need a model image to start? Or does the SW provide the hot chick? I've only used Krea so far, and I tried bout couldn't get anything to look like that. i love the BW image, with splashes of blood red.

For the above image I used your art image as the style reference, and an image from Google as a pose reference - you can then vary the resulting subject based on the prompt, prompts need to be tailored specifically.
For breasts you can't directly refer to them in the normal way, mammaries tends to work - with a thesaurus you can engineer the prompt to get the result you're after most of the time.
