Hey everyone,

It’s been a long time. First off, I want to say thank you to everybody who has supported us over the years. We have not filmed any new content since 2016 when we shifted our focus into the Nightshadow project. Today, we are still receiving request for custom orders and new content which is very flattering. We are honored to have ever been able to make content for this community.

It’s been brought to my attention that there is an unhinged individual who makes hateful TikTok videos about me coming into this forum to pretend to be friend you, talk shit about me, and then in turn, talk shit about all of you. I honestly don’t care about the things she says about me… I am not OK with her using you to get information about me and then talking shit about all of you. In fact, they’ve made videos on TikTok and YouTube to make fun of this genre. I don’t want you involved in any of that so please be aware of this behavior.

To clear a few things up, I have not addressed things because not only was everything still in process, but the loss of our $40 million deal due to the major banks financing the lockdowns sent me into a deep depression for many years. As much as other people may have been disappointed that this project did not come to fruition, and so many people were already attached to it in varying capacities, nobody faced a bigger emotional collapse than I did. This was a culmination of almost a decade of my life, my dedication to my craft, and the next steps I had dreamed about.

When people don’t have the truth, it seems that it’s easier to make up stories so let me address a few things. The first thing is someone took my post on a personal Instagram and displayed it publicly here to show that a few months after the successful Kickstarter campaign, I had leased a brand new BMW 2 series. They inferred that I took money from the campaign and put it into this vehicle. My question would be: If I needed a Kickstarter campaign to pay for this vehicle, how was I paying for the vehicle I had before, which was an Audi A5, which had a higher price tag than the BMW? The truth is, it was just time for a new car and the money that I put towards my car payment was no different from the Audi than it was to the BMW. No Kickstarter funds were used towards any vehicle. In celebration of a successful Kickstarter, I had just treated myself to a new car using the same money that I would always use to pay any car payment.

We raised about $43,000 in Kickstarter campaign. After fees and taxes, we had about $29,000 and change to use toward the project. You’ve seen the completed prototype stunt costume, we have promoted it and even worn it to Comic-Con. We had to pay Jeff, the A.D. who was attached to Sam Raimi‘s Spider-Man movies, his fee to break down our script for the day by days. On several occasions, we took our post team, our stunt coordination team, and our close crew to the Texas location and had to pay for airfare, food, & lodging. During that time, we also paid numerous artists for hundreds of pieces of artwork which were used both for storyboarding and for concept art which is a normal preproduction and pre-viz process.

The truth is, we probably spent about $200,000 or more on all of this. $29,000 did not go very far. Most of what we spent was my own money.

At one point, we felt very bad about the fact that despite a successful Kickstarter project project and the ability to secure $88 million (Which we then cut one of the investors out for shadiness which left us with the single investor without pari passu at $40.8 Million), I wanted to personally refund people. Some people said that this was some sort of class action thing or a lawsuit or something coming from Kickstarter but none of that is true. It is something that I wanted to do in that moment. But after Covid and after realizing that I don’t owe anybody anything back, I decided not to pursue that.

The purpose of the Kickstarter was to finance the costumes and the initial things needed to keep us on track for the movie. You can go back to the Kickstarter campaign and around the 30-second mark, I say exactly that. That video has been up for eight years. It’s also within the text of the campaign. And like I said, nobody was more disappointed and distraught over how this did not come to fruition than me. But the reason we only needed $40,000 was because of the purpose of that money. There’s no possible way that $40,000 was ever going to pay for any of any size ever.

I currently run a spiritual business and it doesn’t matter if you believe in any of this or not, I have always been here to help people in anyway possible. When I was producing movies for this genre, I was offering very deeply discounted custom partial orders just so that people could get a piece of a video that catered to their likes based on almost no budget. I created reels for my actresses to get on Disney shows. I vouched for people and signed letters of recommendation so they could join and other major Hollywood unions. I’ve worked everything from background work to commercial work to music videos to big blockbuster films to fetish content. I’ve done a lot of amazing things and along the way I’ve always lent myself to others to help them.

I don’t care at this point anymore to address all the things that my former partner did that are still somehow being blamed on me, I don’t care to address all the rumors coming from my lack of boundaries that caused dissension amongst certain people. The truth is that I was a producer under a SAG union contract offering a deferred pay schedule as one of the only producers in Hollywood to actually pay on deferred pay. I offered a family environment and an atmosphere that was welcoming and safe for all of our actresses which is why they stayed with me for years.

We’ve posted numerous behind-the-scenes videos that shows how tighten knit our cast and crew were and how fun it was to produce these videos. From the beginning, I informed everyone of you as honestly as I possibly can because that’s the type of person I am, that I do not share this fetish with you. However, I thoroughly enjoyed making content that you enjoyed which is why I used to ask questions at the beginning constantly asking you guys what you liked.

Due to the cinematic nature of my productions, we continued to be a union project almost all the way up until the end. This was completely unheard of. The reason why our business model was so successful is because we approached it in a unique way with ethics, compassion, and passion for the project we were making.

When I branched out into softcore and hard-core material, that was separate from the PG company. When I did that, I thought I wanted all of this to be separated from anything I was doing in Hollywood. I had shame around it. So I did create Jason Hunter as an alias. In hindsight, I wish I never went through the trouble but at the time I was trying to keep those businesses separate.

I am far from perfect but have no regrets for the content that I filmed and I’ve even considered creating a network of producers to teach people how to run an effective and lucrative business within this model. There are plenty of people who enjoyed our content, still enjoy our content, and have continuously asked to see more of it. I would love to see other people succeed in this genre or any other that I am in.

As I exit, I even donated my time and expertise to one of the major producers in this industry and had a meeting with George Perez before his unfortunate passing because he wanted to put together his own series as a director/producer— To which I was highly supportive of. I’ve always found this genre very interesting and when I began with Allen, I was homeless. I answered a craigslist post to play “a villain in a superhero action series”. When I showed up after our initial Starbucks meet and greet interview, I looked over and saw a porn star as my scene partner. At that point, I was already there and I needed the money.

After we finished shooting the episode, I realized there was no nudity and no real reason to hire porn stars and for the next eight months I worked with Allen to help him as much as I possibly could because I enjoyed it and Allen was a really good guy too so that made it easier. But I had a lot of ideas that didn’t mix and mesh with what you guys were already doing so I decided to branch off and do my own. The reception was generally very high at the start but my quest to prove myself and my ability to be here, I had ruffled feathers. My intention was never to cause any disrespect or harm to this community but to do my best to add to it— And I know that I have since to this day our Superheroines project is an extremely lucrative business.

I’m currently very vocal about my journey and experience within this industry. I had an amazing time, met amazing people, and connected with a very respectful audience. I will always cherish my time shooting these videos and it doesn’t matter to me what other people think of them and now, what people think of me. I’ve always been honest, I will always continue to be honest, and that means I have nothing to regret.

In regards to Nightshadow, do we plan on doing anything with it? Yes. We are trying to figure that out now. It took me a while to pull myself back up after that beat… but without $40 million, we know that it’s not gonna be what we had had dreamed it to be before. So our more realistic approach is going to be novel and animation based. I make no guarantees because that has always backfired on me. I’ve always had every intention to do anything I’ve ever said that I was going to do but things don’t always work out the way we hope.

I’ve dealt with my share of toxic people lately and though I believe most of you are amazing, some only want to pick fights and I’m not here for it. So please be respectful— especially since many people here are fans of our work. I want to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for the opportunities you have given me and showing me something really cool that I was fortunate enough to be a part of and perhaps will be a part of in the future should we decide to open up a studio to give other producers an opportunity to create stellar content for you.

Part 2 would shed more light on Nightshadow failure project, And when it comes out, Logan should post that youtube link on the Kickstarter Nightshadow front page so all the backers that never got their rewards or movie will have something about Nightshadow to watch!

There are a handful of people who have always expressed their point of view and they have every right to do so.

To everyone else:

That is a fun video that was made about me— ironically by a guy who has a literal boner for me. Just got like every fact wrong— it’s laughable.

But no, that’s not the person. And that’s not the series of videos I’m referring to that are making fun of all of you and this genre. All I’m saying is be cautious of these people.

Regarding making films, we’re still receiving a lot of custom requests 8 years after closing our studio. We made great content and forged a lot of great relationships. We also disrupted this genre and that forced other producers to up their quality which was a benefit to viewers.

Always wanted to be liked by this community (my own self worth issues) so I definitely tried too hard to defend everything that was thrown my way while also trying to understand the genre to make better films.

We had a great run and a great time. We may be teaching upcoming producers how to film this type of content. It’s an idea I began in 2015 and I honestly miss filming so this has been a consideration.

If you’re not a fan of me or my work, simply don’t watch, don’t buy. Ironically over the years, many people have publicly trashed me while still buying my content. Yes, we know who is behind the screen names and the IP address, etc. — and it’s silly.

I’ve said what I felt needed to be known. The Kickstarter was made out to be this fantasy like I was going to make an entire feature film on $29k ($43k before taxes and fees)— when the Kickstarter campaign in both text and video format said the purpose of the Kickstarter was to create the costumes and other upfront costs to keep us on track. Exactly the purpose it filled. Any notion beyond that is a fabrication because you want the narrative to paint me as a bad guy— I’m not. I’m a very good person who has always gone out of my way to help everyone. The money from the Kickstarter was spent on exactly what I said it was and more. There’s nothing more to say— it certainly wasn’t “stolen”. Everyone got their t-shirt. The only perks not received were the ones impossible to give because the movie wasn’t able to be made. However, the costumes, designs, and preproduction work were done.

Anyway, thank you for the replies. Our audience will appreciate the potential return. Everyone who’s not excited can simply ignore it— like grown ups!

BTW when I produced videos We always made sure to tell the models that this was fetish and so porn adjacent so they didn't ruin their rep. Since most we worked with were fetish girls or strippers or porn stars it was redundant.
