Black bar causes issues

I'm using the prosilver theme and black bar at the bottom that has the copyright and twitter symbol prevents me from scrolling down. I think it has to something to do with page loading and does allow full view after a while. I usually have to right click and open in another tab a few times until I can scroll. And I think its waiting till all elements are loaded then it allows scrolling down and so a picture heavy thread stays locked for a long time.

I think the prosilver theme might be missing some code that is needed. I will check it later. I would use the dark theme for now since that theme is working with the new setup.

I know a lot of users use Prosilver so I will be fixing this today.

It occurs on dark theme as well and appears to be related to the entire page not being loaded and waiting for all elements to load to allow scrolling.
