Re: Thundermans under cover
Wow, I didn't know this was happening. It's so great that all of the original actors are back to do a new series (did they have them under some kind of longterm optional contract?) and we can blog about it in real time as the episodes come out. Looking forward to three tight costumes (Barb, Phoebe and Chloe) and I wonder if they saved the Evil Phoebe outfit so we can see more of that? I also wonder if the 2013-18 series created some stirrings in a new generation of SHIP fans!
Here's the first episode for free on Youtube. I guess I'll have to wait until the rest of them come out on the waves. But this is a great intro pretty much setting up the longterm plot and mission. And it has all the elements you'd look for in a family-friendly superhero show: tight costumes (Kira looks great), transformations, peril scene, combat, lots of superpower use, and masks! (attention Maskripper)
Plus a metal-masked new supervillain named Mastermind, who (much like in that horrid She-Hulk series) might very well be another pop-culture nod to the Youtuber known as Doomcock. (or maybe not)

Phoebe tied up with the peril face!
And yes, I do agree that Phoebe's costume was tighter in the old days (this is a photo from the old series finale "Thunder Games"). I wonder if she shouted "pants!" in surprise when putting on the new costume.
Sorry to get distracted, but the blonde superheroine in the red above was Galexia, played by Natasha Hall, who was (and still is) off the charts hot. She did get a lot of screen time in the series finale, so I'm wondering if we might see her return in the new series. Let's hope!

Re: Thundermans under cover
I guess last year movie The Thundermans Return had good success, to green light new tv-series seasons.
Re: Thundermans under cover
Man, these episodes are STILL happening many months later! I just watched Episode 19. Pretty much the only consistently hot character in this show is Kira Kosarin (Thundergirl). It is what it is. There are several more episodes of this season coming out throughout the fall. Has anyone enjoyed these?
Re: Thundermans under cover
I haven't been watching the series, but I did check her out on Brian's Page. Kira is very cute and does have the Batgirl/Barbara Gordon vibe going for her. I thought she looked particularly cute in this Robinhood outfit with a classic bat-trap.
I just was watching one of her recent episodes (3.01). Damn, that girl is limber. She hopped into a split like elasti-girl and covered a leaking pipe over her head with her ankle. She would make a great Batgirl. She has the dance background that made Yvonne Craig's batgirl so sexy.
