Silver Osprey: Just For Sport

The heavy weight bag swung as the young woman delivered a perfect roundhouse kick to it. As the bag swung back it was met by several quick punches and a spin kick. Sam finished the combo with a flying kick that nearly knocked the bag off its anchor point.

Samantha Hunter was better known to the citizens of Raleigh as the superheroine Silver Osprey. Just a few weeks ago, Sam had added the large workout room she was currently in to the oversized condo that she lived in. The young girl had decided that it would help her train and better herself as a heroine. The room was constructed out of special synthetic materials designed to withstand the force of super-powered impacts. The walls, floor, and ceiling were also padded, allowing Sam to really cut loose without worrying about constant repairs or disturbing the neighbors below.

Sam’s current workout attire consisted of a black sports bra and spandex shorts that showed off her curvy athletic body. Her black and silver hair was tied back into a ponytail and she wore nothing on her feet and strong shapely legs.

The young heroine quickly unleashed another rapid series of punches, jabs, and kicks into the abused punching bag. Sam was about to begin another combo when her sensitive ears heard the door open. Looking over her shoulder, Sam saw her boyfriend poke his head in.

Mike Anderson was a handsome young paramedic with Raleigh’s emergency services. He and Sam had been dating for several months and he was well aware of his girlfriend’s superheroine identity.

“What’s up?” Sam smiled.
“Just fired up the grill, lunch will be ready in about 30 minutes,” Mike answered.
“Thanks, I’ll shower quickly and be ready,” was his girlfriend’s reply.

“By the way, you might want to pick your jaw up off the floor,” Sam smiled, having noticed Mike checking out her gorgeous figure.
“What? I can’t admire an example of flawless beauty?” Mike winked back. This caused the young heroine to blush, but not before she shook her curvaceous ass for her boyfriend.

20 minutes later, Sam had finished drying herself off and had put on shorts and a tank top. Walking into the large living room of the huge condo that she and Mike shared, Sam spotted Mike on the patio area flipping burgers and bopping around to music from his iPod.

Sam set the table just as Mike brought the food in. Mike spoke up as the couple sat down to eat, “So what does the day have in store for you?”
“I figure I’ll enjoy the afternoon and start my patrol early in the evening,” Sam answered before taking a bite, “What about you?”
“Got a reverse 24 hour shift tonight, so I won’t be home ‘till tomorrow evening,” Mike explained.

Sam nodded in understanding, Mike had done 24 hour shifts before so this was nothing new. Besides, she wasn’t expecting to run into anything she couldn’t handle.
…………………………

The large, modern-style home was nestled right in the middle of a thick forest several miles outside of Raleigh. Inside the large living room, a beautiful brunette, whose hair came down to just past her shoulders, was sitting comfortably on a leather couch with a laptop resting on her lap.

Gina Meadows, a.k.a. Night Stalker, had bought the house and 100 acres of land it sat on using a portion of the money she had earned through the various contracts she had carried out. The location was perfect as it offered plenty of privacy, as well as ample hunting opportunities for the expert tracker and her ‘partner’.

The sliding glass door that led to the back deck was left open, and the reason soon arrived. Gina didn’t so much as lift her head as an unnaturally long anaconda came slithering in from outside, taking nearly 30 seconds to get its long body inside the house.

“Thank you Sonya,” Gina said to her pet as it closed the door with its tail before wrapping its entire length around the room several times.

“Out doing a little mid-day hunting were you?” The brunette asked as she continued working on her computer. Sonya nodded in response.

“It’s a good thing you’re capable of catching your own meals, otherwise you would have eaten us both out of house and home by now,” Gina joked, despite the fact that money was not a problem lately and she frequently fed her partner prime cuts of beef.

The large snake covered her head with part of her scaly body as if she were shaming herself. Gina giggled, “Very funny Sonya, you know I love ya.” The hunter reached down and patted the snake on the head. In a show of affection, Sonya rubbed her head against Gina’s bare thigh as she propped Gina’s feet up using a coiled portion of her enormous length.

“Aww, thank you sweetie,” the beautiful brunette said looking away from her work. Sonya then rested her head on Gina’s shoulder, observing what the young woman was working on.

“I was thinking, you and I have done a lot of contracts lately,” Gina explained as she looked back at her computer, “I think it’s about time that we had some fun.” Sonya flicked her tongue, waiting for Gina to continue.

The woman once again looked at her pet, “You remember Silver Osprey?” The long reptile perked up at the mention of the superheroine’s name. “Yeah, she was a lot of fun,” Gina smiled at Sonya’s response. “How about we pay her another visit?” the hunter suggested.

Sonya rubbed her head against the side of Gina’s neck as a sign of affection and approval. “I thought you’d like that,” the young brunette smiled, “I’ve also been looking for an excuse to try out that new outfit. It looks like you and I are going Osprey hunting tonight.”

Re: Silver Osprey: Just For Sport

You guys are too kind, enjoy.

Silver Osprey was enjoying the cool night breeze as she made her patrol of downtown Raleigh. The night had been pretty routine so far for the young heroine, a high speed chase, small apartment fire, and a distressed airliner at RDU Airport was all that had happened so far. Sam was so focused on looking after the city that was her home that she never considered the possibility that she was being followed.

Gina Meadows, now dressed as Night Stalker, was perched on top of one of Raleigh’s tallest skyscrapers, dressed in her new outfit.

Gina’s costume consisted of a black sleeveless leotard with fingerless black gloves that came up to her upper arms. Dark grey tights encased Gina’s gorgeous legs with black boots strapped on her feet. A belt that held the brunette’s various gadgets clung to her trim waist while additional pouches were strapped to her thigh. Night Stalker’s bow was slung across her back and a pair of green tinted tactical glasses was resting over Gina’s beautiful brown eyes. The hunter’s glasses resembled something one would expect to find at a gun range; only Night Stalker’s glasses came with a next generation heads-up display that synced with the small computer and grapple launcher concealed in her glove.

Night Stalker had several different costumes in her wardrobe and tonight’s attire was just the latest addition.

From atop the tall building, it wasn’t long before Gina’s sensitive nose picked up on Silver Osprey’s familiar scent. Utilizing the zoom function or her glasses, Night Stalker quickly spotted the young superheroine casually flying between buildings. Firing her grapple line, Gina silently took off in pursuit of her prey.

Not long into her patrol, Sam felt that something was strange. The young heroine didn’t know why, but she had a nagging suspicion that she was being watched. Osprey ignored the feeling, contributing it to being too anxious during a quiet night.

Night Stalker took care to keep her distance from Silver Osprey as she swung between buildings. Although she did intend to engage Osprey eventually, half the fun for Gina was in the stalking of her target. Just as she was about to swing around the corner of a building, Gina noticed that Osprey’s scent had gotten very strong suddenly. Pulling hard on her grapple line, Night Stalker sent herself sailing over the top of the skyscraper, performed several perfect back flips, and landed in a crouch atop the building without making a sound. Looking at the reflection in the windows of the adjacent building, Night Stalker saw that Silver Osprey had indeed stopped and had been waiting for Gina to come around the building’s corner. Very clever Silver Osprey, I can see you’ve learned to trust your instincts. Good, that should make things more fun, Gina thought as she welcomed a challenge.

Sam had not been able to shake the feeling of being followed. Acting on a hunch, Silver Osprey had brought her patrol to an abrupt halt in anticipation of her supposed tail catching up to her. When no trailing party materialized, Osprey resumed her patrol but paying very close attention to the nagging feeling she had.

After Silver Osprey flew on, Gina waited several seconds before resuming her pursuit. Night Stalker could tell that Osprey knew something was amiss, but she was undeterred as she swung after her prey.

As she resumed her flight, Sam was sure she had caught the reflection of someone following her in the windows of a nearby skyscraper. Deciding to force a confrontation, Silver Osprey landed on the roof of one of Raleigh’s tallest buildings. Sam assumed the traditional superheroine pose, feet apart and hands on hips, as she waited for the mystery follower to join her.

Watching from a distance, Gina was perplexed to see Osprey suddenly stop on top of a skyscraper. As she observed the grey and black clad superheroine take the traditional pose however, it became clear to Night Stalker that her presence was no longer a secret to the heroine. Since her quarry was waiting for her, Gina decided not to delay. The beautiful brunette executed a swan-dive off of her perch. Night Stalker fired her grapple line and used the momentum from the dive to sling shot herself nearly straight up. Performing a flip and twist that would make any Olympic gymnastic jealous, Gina landed in a crouch about 10 feet in front of the patiently waiting Silver Osprey.

Despite the new costume, Sam instantly recognized the brunette who slowly stood before her, “Night Stalker.”
“Long time no see Silver Osprey,” Gina replied with a seductive, and yet strangely calming smile.
Osprey didn’t assume a fighting stance, but she didn’t let her guard down either, “What are you doing back in town, I thought you said the contract on me was ended?”
“Oh don’t worry, there’s no contract,” Night Stalker smiled as she rested one hand on her hip while the other hung loosely by her side.
Sam raised an eyebrow, “Really? Well you’ll excuse me if I don’t relax for the moment.”
Gina giggled in amusement, “No offense taken.”

After a few moments pause Silver Osprey spoke again, “If there is no contract, then why are you following me?”
“Excellent question,” Night Stalker replied, “I’ve been rather busy lately and decided that I just needed a night of entertainment.”
The way that the hunter had emphasized ‘entertainment’ made Sam uneasy as she spoke, “And since we’re both standing here now I assume that you’re not talking about watching the city skyline?”
Gina smiled, “Correct. I’m a hunter by trade and nothing is more entertaining than a good hunt.”
Osprey knew what Night Stalker was getting at, “Unfortunately for you, your intended ‘quarry’ knows how to fight back.”
“On the contrary,” the brunette spoke, “the harder the hunt, the more I like it.”
“Then you’ll be ecstatic by the time we’re done here,” Sam replied confidently as she widened her stance and brought her arms up, ready for a fight.
“Indeed,” was all Night Stalker said before she drew her bow and fired a drug tipped arrow in less than a second.

Sam effortlessly swatted the offending projectile away as Gina charged forward. Silver Osprey attacked first pivoting on her foot to deliver a high kick that Night Stalker ducked under. Gina countered with a punch that Sam blocked with her forearm. Silver Osprey then delivered a series of rapid punches to Night Stalker’s chest that send the hunter stumbling backwards.

As she recovered, Night Stalker drew and fired a stun arrow at Silver Osprey. Sam moved to dodge the projectile and was caught off guard when the proximity sensory in the arrow caused it to detonate. The non-lethal arrow exploded with sound and light, temporarily blinding and disorienting Silver Osprey.

Gina struck out with a swing kick, knocking Sam’s legs out from under her and dropping the superheroine onto her back.

Silver Osprey had recovered from the effects of the arrow only to feel Night Stalker’s arm around her neck as the beautiful hunter attempted to subdue her prey with a sleeper hold.

Thinking quickly, Sam swung her leg upward and kicked Night Stalker in the head, knocking the brunette off of her.

As Gina stumbled backwards, she managed to draw and fire an explosive arrow at Silver Osprey’s feet. Sam leapt into the air and the arrow exploded harmlessly beneath her. Osprey looked after Night Stalker and spotted the hunter as she jumped over the edge of the skyscraper and swung away. Sam quickly gave chase.

The brown-haired hunter was ecstatic, Silver Osprey was putting up a terrific fight and Gina loved every second of it.

Night Stalker went swinging between the skyscrapers of downtown Raleigh, with Silver Osprey in pursuit and closing the distance.

As Gina released her grapple line and arced through the air, she sensed Silver Osprey getting close. Twisting in mid-air, Night Stalker fired several arrows at the pursuing superheroine. The projectiles exploded mid-flight, creating a thick smoke screen and obscuring Sam’s view of Night Stalker.

Silver Osprey flew straight through the smoke screen and spotted Night Stalker swinging up and over a building. Sam wasted no time in following after the hunter.

Gina had landed at the far end of the roof and dropped to a knee as she drew another arrow and took aim. Anticipating Silver Osprey’s flight path, Night Stalker released the arrow before the superheroine came into view.

As Sam sailed over the building’s edge, she was surprised to be met by the projectile that Night Stalker had just fired. The arrow exploded, releasing a net made of reinforced steel mesh that ensnared Silver Osprey and brought the black and grey clad superheroine crashing to the roof of the skyscraper.

As Osprey rolled to a stop with her arms pinned to her sides, she looked up to see Night Stalker walking towards her.

Gina stopped several steps short of the downed Silver Osprey. The hunter folded her arms across her chest and smiled, “Come on Silver Osprey, we both know that you’re not trapped.”

Sam looked at Night Stalker and raised an eyebrow, “Not falling for it tonight?”

Still smiling, the beautiful brunette shook her head, “Nice try, now why don’t you get up and fight like I know you can.”

“As you wish,” the young heroine replied as she flexed her arms, easily snapping the steel net.

Sam got to her feet just in time to see Night Stalker launch a flying kick at her. Raising her arm, Osprey managed to block the kick. Pivoting on her heel, Sam landed a roundhouse kick to Gina’s side that sent the beautiful hunter flying off the roof.

Night Stalker kept her cool and fired her grapple line at the nearest structure. The grapple hit home and Gina used the momentum of her fall to swing off, knowing that Silver Osprey would be right behind her.

Sam flew after Night Stalker, intending to not let the hunter get away.

As Night Stalker prepared to turn the corner at one of the city’s skyscrapers she had an idea. As Gina made the turn, she pulled hard on the grapple line, changing the angle of her swing. At the right moment, the brunette released the line and went soaring straight up into the night sky.

As she reached the peak of her ascent and began to fall, Gina twisted in mid-air and flared out her limbs. Watching Silver Osprey come around the corner of the building, Night Stalker licked her lips in anticipation as she steered herself towards her target.

As Sam rounded the building, she was surprised to find that Night Stalker was nowhere to be found. I was right behind her, where did she go? Osprey thought.

The young heroine’s question was soon answered as Night Stalker slammed into her from above. As the two women struggled in mid-air they began to fall. Looking towards the ground, Sam notices that they were heading for a busy bridge. Using her flight ability, Silver Osprey managed to steer herself and Night Stalker clear of the bridge and towards the deep, dry river bed that the bridge spanned over.

Seconds before hitting the dry bed, the two super-powered women separated. Although her landing was a little hard, Sam still managed to land on her feet.

Having no flight powers of her own; Night Stalker had to get creative. Tucking herself into a ball, Gina hit the ground at an angle and rolled. This rolling helped spread out her kinetic energy to prevent injury; Night Stalker’s strength and incredible resiliency did the rest and the hunter managed to roll to her feet.

Silver Osprey charged forward and tackled Night Stalker before she had a chance to draw an arrow. Gina pulled her knees into her chest, placed her booted feet against Osprey’s stomach, and shoved the heroine off of her.

Night Stalker quickly fired a pair of explosive arrows at Silver Osprey. The arrows hit Sam in the chest and exploded. Sam let out an ‘oof’ as the explosions sent her crashing into the support column for the bridge.

Recovering quickly, Osprey flew at Night Stalker and landed a punch to Gina’s face that forced her to take a step back. Regaining her balance, Night Stalker managed to draw and release another explosive arrow. However, Silver Osprey was too quick and the projectile sailed past her. Sam grabbed Gina by the collar of her leotard and was about to deliver a punch was she heard an explosion, followed by a loud ‘CRACK.’

Looking behind her, Osprey was shocked to see that Night Stalker’s misplaced arrow had hit the very bottom of the bridge’s support column and there was now a 5-6 foot gap between the bottom of the column and the riverbed.

Sam released the hunter and sped towards the column. Placing herself in the empty space under the damaged column, Silver Osprey stretched her hands upward. Pressing up against the column and acting as a brace, Osprey found herself supporting the bridge’s weight through the tall column.

Sam winced as the muscles in her legs complained in response to the weight. “Supergirl makes…this look…easy…” Sam muttered to herself as she sank to a knee and sweat began to form on her forehead. Every muscle in her body was burning as the superheroine struggled with the bridge’s immense weight. As much as she wanted to, Sam knew that she couldn’t give up, countless innocents would perish is the bridge fell. Realizing this, Sam pushed with all she could muster and found strength she didn’t know she had. Slowly, the young heroine managed to stand back up and push her hands up over her head. Widening her stance slightly, Silver Osprey planted her feet in a position from which she could comfortably support the bridge’s column.

As Osprey tried to catch her breath from the exertion, she realized that she had forgotten about Night Stalker. Looking up, Sam saw that she hunter was standing right where she had left her.

Though she didn’t show it, Gina was very impressed by what she had just witnessed from Silver Osprey. As she surveyed the situation, Night Stalker came to the conclusion that if Osprey moved the bridge would collapse. The beautiful superheroine had left herself completely defenseless. For Gina, the situation was too easy.

Sam’s blood ran cold as a seductive smile spread across Night Stalker’s lips and the hunter slowly started walking towards her.

“Night Stalker…please…” Silver Osprey pleaded, “If I drop this…”
“Oh I know,” Night Stalker’s sexy, seductive voice interrupted Sam as the hunter stopped just a couple of feet away.

Several tense moments passed with the two beautiful women looking at each other. Sam’s heart was racing since she knew that she couldn’t move without toppling the bridge, she was completely at Night Stalker’s mercy. Gina took her time admiring how Silver Osprey’s costume showed off the heroine’s athletic body.

Night Stalker finally broke the silence, “Believe me Osprey, this is not how I would have wanted this night to end.”
Silver Osprey tensed, “Please don’t…”
The look on Gina’s face softened, “Osprey, I’m disappointed. Surely by now you would have realized that I never want to see innocents hurt.”
Sam blinked, “Then, what now?”
“Oh I’m not done with you,” Night Stalker smiled as she took a folded slip of paper from a compartment in her belt, “So we will meet at this location once you’re finished here.”

A seductive look came over Night Stalker, “The problem is that that costume of yours doesn’t have any pockets and your hands are full at the moment.”

Sam’s eyes nearly bugged out of her head as she understood what Night Stalker was getting at.

Gina slowly closed the distance to Silver Osprey, bringing her face mere inches from the heroine’s. Sam gasped as she felt Night Stalker’s fingertips gently caressing her trim waist. Gina was an expert with her touch and, as much as Osprey wanted to deny it, the hunter’s touch felt nice. Savoring every possible second of the situation, Night Stalker very slowly tucked the slip of paper into Silver Osprey’s belt. Osprey sighed in satisfaction before she reminded herself that she had to focus on holding the bridge up.

Withdrawing her hand, Night Stalker leaned in and gave Silver Osprey a gentle kiss on the cheek.

“See you soon honey,” Gina whispered seductively into Sam’s ear before turning and swinging off into the night.

Silver Osprey quickly turned her attention back to supporting the bridge, not wanting to think about what had just transpired.

Re: Silver Osprey: Just For Sport

The oversized warehouse was situated in an isolated area outside of Raleigh. Though it had been abandoned for some time, there were still industrial shelves forming large isles and large crates and boxes were everywhere.

Gina was taking a slow walk around the warehouse, making sure that everything was ready for when Silver Osprey showed up. Keeping pace beside the hunter was her pet anaconda Sonya. The large snake raised her head and looked at Gina.

Anticipating what the reptile was thinking, the brunette spoke up, “I know this place isn’t as good as the jungle when it comes to a hunting environment, but it’s the best we could do under the circumstances.” Sonya nodded in understanding as she slithered next to the hunter.

Suddenly, the large snake stopped and began to flick her tongue rapidly. Seeing Sonya’s reaction, Gina sniffed the air and her enhanced senses instantly picked up a familiar scent.

Turning to her pet, Night Stalker smiled, “She’s coming, let’s prepare to welcome our guest.”

Sonya quickly slithered off to another section of the warehouse while Gina found a dark perch and patiently awaited the arrival of the young superheroine.

The city engineers had responded quickly and in about a half hour they had been able to stabilize the bridge, freeing Silver Osprey to go after Night Stalker.

As Sam flew towards the coordinates that Night Stalker had provided, the young heroine tried to figure out what the hunter’s game was. The typical ‘take over the world’ plot didn’t fit Night Stalker since she always avoided civilian casualties. As she neared her destination, Osprey figured she would find out soon enough.

“Warehouse, go figure,” Sam muttered to herself as she landed outside the large building that was located at the coordinates Night Stalker had written down. Certain that she was walking into a trap, Silver Osprey decided on a stealthy approach and found a side door.

Sam was surprised to find that the door was unlocked. Unfortunately, when Osprey pushed the door open, the rusted hinges made a screeching sound that would have woken the dead.

“So much for stealth,” the heroine mumbled to herself as she quickly ducked inside.

The inside of the warehouse was pitch-black but Sam’s eyes instantly adjusted. Upon seeing all the shelves and boxes that were stored inside, Osprey knew that Night Stalker would have plenty of places to hide. Cautiously, Sam walked deeper into the warehouse.

Silver Osprey hadn’t gone far when something caught her eye. Crouching down to take a closer look, Sam discovered that a trip wire had been strung across her path. With her back against a large crate, Osprey carefully stepped over the wire. Unfortunately, Sam had no way of knowing that the wire was a decoy and that the real trap was an infrared laser.

Suddenly, a light overhead snapped on and Sam heard a ‘whooshing’ sound. Instinctively, Osprey ducked and an instant later she heard a distinct ‘ping, ping, ping.’ Looking above her shoulder, Sam spotted a trio of darts sticking out of the crate she was leaning against, they had missed her by inches.

Upon closer inspection, Silver Osprey determined that they were sleep darts, Night Stalker definitely intended to take the heroine alive.

Sam quickly left the lit area, hoping the shadows would give her an advantage.

That hope was shattered as an arrow hit the floor in front of Silver Osprey and covered the general area in a smoke screen. Sam took to the air to get out of the smoke and flew in the direction that the arrow had come from.

No sooner had Osprey cleared the smoke when two more arrows came flying at her. The projectiles exploded in mid-air, sending thick ropes spiraling at the surprised superheroine. One rope wrapped around Sam’s wrists while the other bound her grey-encased legs together. Osprey managed to stay airborne and flexed her limbs, easily snapping the ropes that held her.

Realizing that she was open to attack from all angles while flying, Silver Osprey dropped to the floor.

Immediately after landing, Sam heard the creaking of metal. She whirled around to see one of the metal storage racks tipping over, right on top of her. The grey and black clad superheroine dove out of the way as the rack and the crates it held clattered to the floor. Osprey had no time to catch her breath as the next rack in line began to tip over. Using her flight and speed, Sam zipped down the long isle, with metal racks toppling behind her in a domino effect, scattering boxes and crates everywhere in a huge clutter.

Silver Osprey skidded to a stop at the end of the isle only to have a black encased elbow clock her in the face from around the corner. Although Sam went staggering backwards, she was fast enough to grab the offending elbow and yank its owner over her, sending Night Stalker crashing into a heap of boxes.

Sam arrived at Night Stalker just as the hunter was getting to her feet. Gina was able to duck under Osprey’s punch while simultaneously drawing a concussion arrow. Since the two women were in such close proximate, Gina simply jabbed the arrow into Osprey’s side. The resulting pressure wave sent Sam flying towards the center of the warehouse where the clutter of boxes and crates was heaviest.

Silver Osprey was wondering why she ended up where she did when it dawned on her that it would be very easy to hide something large in the mess of boxes. Leaping into the air, Silver Osprey hovered near the high ceiling as she looked down at Night Stalker.

“Now whatcha doing way up there?” the brunette called up to Osprey.
“Nice try Night Stalker, you’re not using your pet snake to take me down this time,” Sam answered confidently.
A smile spread across Gina’s face, “But Sonya has wanted to hug you for so long, why turn your back on her now?”

Sam was wondering what Night Stalker was smiling about when she suddenly felt a presence behind her. The young heroine’s look of confidence quickly faded as she realized her mistake.

Turning around, Sam found herself to be face to face with Sonya, Night Stalker’s genetically enhanced anaconda. The snake had been waiting in the rafters of the warehouse the entire fight.

Sonya lunged towards Silver Osprey at a speed that the young superheroine couldn’t hope to outrun. The reptile quickly wrapped Osprey in her unnaturally long coils before releasing herself from the ceiling and crashing harmlessly to the warehouse floor.

Gina was a little perplexed as to why Silver Osprey wasn’t visible amongst Sonya’s coils, but she continued to look on in satisfaction.

Inside the giant snake’s coils, Sam’s situation was better than she had expected. When Sonya had lunged at her, Sam had tucked her legs up to her chest and brought her arms up to protect her face. In this position, Osprey was pleasantly surprised to find that she had extra leverage to push against the anaconda’s grip.

Watching from a distance, Night Stalker was shocked to see a pair of gloved hands force their way through Sonya’s coils. Gina could do nothing more than watch as Silver Osprey somehow managed to worm her way out of the giant snake’s grasp.

As Osprey’s black boots touched the ground, Gina couldn’t help but smile in admiration, “I am impressed Silver Osprey, nothing has ever been able to escape from Sonya before.”
“First time… for everything…” Sam replied as she caught her breath.

By now Sonya had uncoiled herself and lunged at Silver Osprey again. This time however, Sam was ready and she sped out of the way, but just barely.

Gina then rushed in and she and Sam began exchanging blows. Neither woman gained the advantage for a while until Osprey landed a roundhouse kick that sent Night Stalker flying.

As the hunter recovered and charged, Sam adopted a fighting stance. What Silver Osprey had not counted on was Sonya interfering. The large snake used its tail to knock Osprey’s feet out from under her. Sam landed on her back as Gina drew a drugged arrow and leapt at the downed heroine.

Silver Osprey managed to get her hands up and caught Night Stalker by the wrists, with the tip of the drugged arrow ending up less than an inch from the heroine’s chest. Since both women were matched in strength, they remained in a stalemate for several tense moments with Night Stalker straddling Silver Osprey.

Finally, Sam managed to tip Gina off balance and roll on top. Osprey pried the arrow from Night Stalker’s grip and tossed it aside. The brown-haired hunter then knocked Osprey off of her with a punch to the face.

Sam staggered backwards into a metal rack. With a hiss, Sonya seized the opportunity and threw several coils around Silver Osprey, wrapping Sam from chest to waist and pinning her to the rack. Osprey’s arms were still free and she gripped the top coil, trying to keep it away from her neck.

“Very good Sonya,” Night Stalker spoke.

Sam was able to look up and spotted the hunter slowly approaching. Osprey’s eyes went wide as she saw Gina remove a syringe from her belt.

Gina nodded to her pet, who opened her coils slightly, revealing Silver Osprey’s grey covered side. Sam could feel Night Stalker’s gentle touch on her exposed side and, despite the incredible pressure she was feeling, it felt soothing.

The feeling of the needle piercing her skin refocused Sam’s attention. Her legs were still free and Osprey managed to knock Night Stalker away with as kick to the head. Sam then pushed back with all her might and felt the rack that she was pinned to begin to tip backwards.

Not wanting to be caught under the falling metal, Sonya released her grip on Silver Osprey and slithered out of the way.

Freed at last, Sam dropped to her hands and knees, trying to catch her breath. The young heroine realized that the syringe was still in her side and she quickly removed it. Sam was relieved to find that the syringe was still mostly full. Unfortunately, some of the liquid had been injected into her and the warming sensation that was slowly spreading through her body told Sam that it was a very powerful sedative.

Silver Osprey emptied the contents of the syringe onto the floor before tossing it aside, ensuring that it would not be used against her.

Standing back up, Sam shook her head to clear the cobwebs. While the warm feeling remained, the young heroine was relieved to find that her powers were unaffected.

As Night Stalker recovered from the kick she had received, she couldn’t help but smile. Just when Gina thought she had her prey subdued, Silver Osprey broke free and still had plenty of fight in her. The brown-haired hunter was loving every minute of it.

Osprey rushed at Night Stalker and threw a spin kick that the hunter was able to block. Gina then countered with a series of jabs that Sam dodged.

Night Stalker then threw a punch at the young superheroine. Twisting her body, the blow passed just in front of Sam. Osprey grabbed Gina’s arm and pulled the hunter forward while simultaneously throwing a punch with her free hand. The blow caught Night Stalker in the face and dropped the beautiful brunette onto her back.

Before Silver Osprey could capitalize on her advantage, Sonya clocked the heroine in the back of the head with a powerful whip of her tail. Sam went crashing through a pile of boxes and wound up face down on her stomach.

“Thank you Sonya,” Gina called to her pet as she got to her feet.

The giant anaconda nodded to the hunter before turning her attention back to Silver Osprey, who had recovered from the sneak attack.

As superheroine and reptile squared off, Sam tried to formulate a strategy. She had never fought a snake before, let alone a genetically enhanced one, and Sam was unsure of how to proceed. Sonya weaved her head back and forth, flicking her tongue like the highly evolved predator that she was.

After several seconds, the anaconda lunged forward, snapping at Silver Osprey, who flipped and dodged the attack. Sonya next used her tail to swat at the heroine from a different angle. Sam managed to roll out of the way, but just barely.

Osprey was noticing that the snake’s attacks were getting unusually close when Sonya lunged again, actually brushing against the heroine as the attack missed by less than a hair. Sam jumped onto the snake’s back and grasped the reptile at the base of the head, hoping to stay out of Sonya’s reach. The anaconda thrashed about like an angry bull, trying to shake the superheroine off of her, but Silver Osprey’s grip held firm. Finally, Sonya’s long tail wrapped around Sam’s neck and yanked the superheroine off of her, sending the heroine crashing through a nearby crate. Osprey rolled to a stop, ending up on her side.

“Getting…tired…” Sam muttered to herself as she slowly picked herself up. The heroine was noticing that her reaction time was getting slower. The chase through downtown Raleigh, holding that bridge up for over half an hour, and the drawn out fight against Night Stalker and her pet snake were all taking their toll on Silver Osprey. The superheroine’s enhanced stamina did have its limits.

Sam looked up in time to see Night Stalker running at her. Silver Osprey was able to duck underneath a roundhouse kick from the hunter. Osprey tried to retaliate with a punch, but she was a half second too slow. Gina pivoted on her heels, causing Sam’s blow to glance off the hunter’s back and the brunette landed an elbow to the side of Osprey’s head.

Silver Osprey was seeing stars as she staggered back from the blow. Blinking rapidly to regain her vision, Osprey didn’t see Night Stalker pull something from her belt.

Spotting the hunter, and not being one to give up, Silver Osprey attacked. Gina could tell that Osprey was tired as she found it noticeably easier to dodge the superheroine’s next series of jabs. Spotting on opening in the grey and black clad heroine’s attack, Night Stalker landed a palm strike to Silver Osprey’s face. The hand that Gina struck with held a small capsule that she had pulled from her belt. As the capsule broke open it exploded harmlessly into a thick cloud of white smoke.

Osprey cried out in surprise and took several steps backward. Sam suddenly heard footsteps behind her and kicked in the general direction, hitting nothing but air. Seconds later an arrow came flying out of seemingly nowhere at the heroine. Despite feeling fatigued, Sam was able to catch the arrow before it hit her.

Having been unable to see through the smoke screen, Gina had made her best guess when she had fired. The brunette was somewhat surprised when she saw the arrow shoot out of the smoke and take out the overhead lighting, plunging the warehouse into darkness. As her eyes adjusted, Night Stalker could see that her prey had vanished.

The young brunette’s phenomenal tracking abilities kicked in as she spotted footprints that no normal human would ever have seen. Gina smiled as she slowly followed the trail through the pitch-black warehouse.

Sam took a deep breath as she leaned against a large storage container. The small amount of drugs that had been injected in her seemed to be taking more out of the superheroine than she expected as Sam was finding it increasingly more difficult to focus.

Gina analyzed the footsteps that she was following. Osprey had stumbled in several locations; indicating to Night Stalker that her prey was tired and close to defeat. As she rounded the corner of a storage container, the brunette spotted her target. Silver Osprey was slouched over as she slowly felt her way along.

Like a predator savoring the meal to come, Night Stalker smiled as she silently approached the weakened heroine.

Gina was about to grab Silver Osprey when the heroine suddenly spun around, kneed Night Stalker in the stomach, and tossed her across the warehouse.

As the hunter got to her feet, she cursed herself for being so arrogant; Silver Osprey had been playing her, the heroine still had some fight left in her.

As Sam assumed a fighting stance, she knew that she was going to have to be careful. Despite having tricked Night Stalker, Osprey was well aware that she was slowly weakening from the minor injection she had received earlier.

Silver Osprey and Night Stalker squared off once more, each slowly circling the other.

Gina struck first with a high kick that Sam ducked under. Night Stalker then tried throwing a punch, but Osprey managed to step out of the hunter’s range. Both women then charged and landed simultaneous punches that sent them flying in opposite directions.

As the two super-powered combatants got to their feet, Silver Osprey failed to observe Night Stalker remove a small spray canister from her belt and cover her hands with its contents.

Night Stalker cart-wheeled towards Silver Osprey and her feet connected with the heroine’s head in rapid succession. Gina then threw a pair of jabs that missed just in front of Sam’s face.

As Osprey recoiled back, she noticed a strange, yet familiar, smell. The lingering fumes made it harder for Sam to concentrate and she was feeling weaker.

What Night Stalker had sprayed on her hands was in fact an aerosolized version of chloroform. Gina had intentionally missed her last two jabs, bringing her chloroform-soaked hands close enough to Osprey’s face for the heroine to inhale the weakening fumes.

Still unaware of what was happening; Silver Osprey shook her head desperately trying to clear the cobwebs. Spotting the hunter approaching, Sam brought her arms up to defend herself. Unfortunately, the superheroine’s reaction time was slow and Gina landed a palm strike square in Silver Osprey’s face.

Besides the pain from the blow, Sam had received a rather large dose of chloroform as well. The grey and black clad heroine’s eyes went wide as she finally realized what was happening.

“Chloroform!” Sam gasped.
Night Stalker smiled, “Intoxicating, isn’t it?”

By now, Osprey’s limbs were beginning to feel heavy and her movements were sluggish. Normally, Sam wasn’t this susceptible to the anesthetic, but Night Stalker had created a super-concentrated version of the chemical. Also, the sheer amount of energy that Sam had expended tonight wasn’t helping her.

Sensing her impending victory, Night Stalker closed in. Sam threw a pathetic punch in an effort to keep the advancing hunter back. Gina easily dodged the punch and landed several punches of her own to Osprey’s sides and chest. Sam experienced very little pain since the hunter had pulled her punches; she was just toying with the young heroine now.

Refusing to give up, Silver Osprey threw a half-hearted kick that Night Stalker caught. Gently holding the heroine’s grey-encased leg, Gina blew a kiss that sent more fumes towards her prey. Unable to get free, Sam let out a sigh as she was forced to breathe in more of the chloroform.

Finally releasing her grip on Silver Osprey, Gina removed a white cloth from her belt and slowly and seductively began to wipe the chemical residue off her hands.

Sam was so weak from the chloroform that she had to lean on a nearby crate for support as she slowly backed away.

“I must say Osprey, this was the most exhilarating night I’ve ever had,” Night Stalker spoke as she slowly and seductively began walking towards the all-but-defeated superheroine, “We really should see each other more often.”

“Oh…bite…me…” Osprey replied weakly as she tried to keep her distance from the hunter.

Gina smiled as she held the now chloroform-soaked cloth in one hand, “Very tempting, but foreplay will have to wait for now.”

By now Silver Osprey had backed up against a large cargo container and had nowhere to go, she was trapped.

Night Stalker stepped up to her prize, pressing her spandex-clad body against Silver Osprey’s while placing the cloth over the heroine’s lips. Osprey sighed as she felt the hunter’s body rub up against hers, forcing her to inhale even more chloroform. Sam found that she couldn’t move her limbs and now Night Stalker’s soft, warm body was the only thing holding the defeated superheroine up.

As Silver Osprey’s eyelids began to flutter, Gina tossed the cloth aside. The beautiful brunette whispered seductively as she gently ran her hand along Osprey’s side, feeling the heroine’s athletic body, “Rest easy little Osprey, the night is just beginning.” With that, Gina slowly brought her lips to Sam’s in a passionate kiss.

The kiss, the gentle caressing of Night Stalker’s hand, and the feel of the hunter’s soft, warm body pressing against her own were the last sensations that Silver Osprey experienced as she drifted off to dreamland.

Re: Silver Osprey: Just For Sport

As she slowly emerged from the chloroform-induced haze, Silver Osprey felt like she was floating. As her eyes fluttered open, Sam took stock of her surroundings.

It looked like she was in a bedroom of some sort. The ambient lighting was dim and the temperature in the room was warm, both designed to create a comfortable environment. Adding to the relaxing atmosphere was the fact that Silver Osprey found that she was lying on a soft bed. Sam tried to sit up but quickly discovered that she was restrained. Her arms were stretched above her and her wrists were tied about shoulder-width apart with what looked like steel cable. Her ankles were secured in the same manner and Sam found that she had a couple inches of moving room.

Osprey flexed her limbs in an effort to break free but was shocked to find that this effort quickly weakened her. Sam’s arms and legs went limp and she was now breathing heavy, “Why…so…weak…”

Resigning to the fact that, for the moment, she wasn’t going anywhere, Sam glanced around the room again. The young heroine spotted a desk in the corner of the room. A bow was lying on the desk and a pair of black boots was sitting on the carpeted floor next to the desk. Silver Osprey instantly recognized these as belonging to Night Stalker; the hunter had to be nearby.

Right on cue, the door to the bedroom opened. “I thought I heard a noise,” the beautiful brunette as she entered, her bootless grey-encased feet quietly gliding across the carpet.

“Night Stalker,” Osprey breathed as she strained against her bonds.

Gina leaned in the doorway, “Don’t over exert yourself my little bird of prey, you’ll need what little strength you have left.”

Sam didn’t let up and pulled even harder against her restraints. She was rewarded with the sound of creaking metal and the bed frame bent slightly.

“I see it’s time to change that one out,” Night Stalker said as she seductively approached the bed.

Osprey was trying to figure out what the hunter meant by ‘change that one out’ when she felt the young brunette peel something off the back of her neck. Gina removed a small patch from her belt and gently stuck it on the back of Silver Osprey’s neck, replacing the one that had just been removed.

Sam let out a soft sigh and her limbs relaxed as a new wave of weakness slowly spread throughout her body, “What…did you…do…”

Gina leaned over the subdued superheroine, “Those adamantium cables wouldn’t be able to hold you if you were at full strength, so these nice little patches give a constant dose of sedatives guaranteed to keep you nice and weak.”

The hunter’s explanation was confirmed as Sam felt her arms and legs grow heavy. Accepting the fact that she wasn’t going anywhere for the moment, the weakened Silver Osprey went looking for answers, “So…why did…you bring me…here…”

Still leaning next to the bed, Night Stalker smiled, “Well, after a successful hunt I typically make a trophy out of my prey…”

These words hit Sam like a brick wall and her eyes nearly bugged out of her head.

Gina continued, “But I’m prevented from doing that because if you recall, the last time we met I told you that I would not rid the world of you.” The beautiful young brunette turned and walked towards the door.

Osprey relaxed a bit, but that quickly changed when she replayed what Night Stalker had said, ‘I would not rid the world of you.’ Sam’s fears quickly increased when Gina opened the door and her pet anaconda slithered in.

Sonya slowly poked her head over the edge of the bed to observe the heroine, who was unable to hide her fear as she tried to squirm away. Unfortunately for Sam, her restrains gave her very little room to move.

Noticing the fear in Osprey’s face, Night Stalker giggled, “Osprey, you really think I’d have Sonya eat you?”

Staring nervously at the snake’s large head, Sam managed to answer, “The thought…crossed my mind…”

Gina looked to her pet, “You hear that Sonya, Osprey thinks you’re here to eat her.”

The giant anaconda held part of her long body over her head as if she was ashamed of the idea.

Night Stalker turned to her captive, “I wanted to give Sonya a chance to see you up close without the risks of battle.”

Despite what Night Stalker had said, Sam was growing increasingly nervous as the snake slowly slithered just a fraction of her enormous length onto the bed. In a move that the heroine did not expect, Sonya gently rubbed her head against Silver Osprey’s side.

Gina looked on, “Well I’ll be damned, it seems that Sonya is growing fond of you.”

Looking at her pet, “Sonya, there are some prime cuts of beef in the other room for you, I need some time with our captured bird of prey.”

Rubbing her head against Gina’s grey spandex covered leg in approval, the large reptile quickly exited the room, with Gina closing the door after her. As Sam struggled to calm herself down, she felt that she was even weaker than before, why am I…so tired…

Noticing that Osprey had weakened further Night Stalker smiled, “I forgot to mention a key feature of that patch I put on you. The more anxious you get and the faster your heart rate, the more drugs that get released into your system. I imagine that you’re feeling those effects by now.”

Sam turned towards the hunter, “That’s…why…”

“Yes, that’s why I really brought Sonya in here,” Gina finished the heroine’s sentence.

“Anyway, now that that’s over,” Night Stalker sat on the edge of the bed, intentionally rubbing up against Silver Osprey’s grey-covered leg, “I can give you the real reason why you’re here.” The hunter gently ran her hand along Silver Osprey’s side, enjoying the feel of the material that encased the superheroine’s athletic body as she explained, “Since I don’t want to make a trophy out of you, my reward for a successful hunt will be some ‘personal’ time with you.”

Osprey was about to voice her protest when Gina placed a finger on her captive’s pretty pink lips and leaned in, “Don’t worry, I have no intention of stealing you away from that handsome young man of yours.”

Gina knew about Sam’s boyfriend from her first encounter with the heroine. However, since she had no interest in learning Silver Osprey’s secret identity, the hunter had not tried to investigate the superheroine’s personal life any further.

Sam had no way of knowing this however, “How do you… know?” she asked weakly.

Night Stalker tapped her nose, “I followed your scent the last time we faced off and saw the two of you out for dinner.” “But don’t worry, I have no interest in learning your secret identity,” Gina’s voice was gentle and reassuring.

As much as she wanted to deny it, Sam had to admit that Night Stalker’s touch felt nice and comforting. Such that she let out a soft sigh as the brunette got off the bed and walked over to the desk that her bow was laying on.

As Gina began to unfasten the pouches from her thigh she spoke softly, “Something I should probably clarify about myself. I’m a normal girl when it comes to my feelings about the opposite sex.” Night Stalker’s soft, seductive voice continued as she slowly unbuckled and removed her belt from her trim waist. “That being said, there is something I just find very enticing about a beautiful young superheroine in a skin-tight costume,” Gina looked over her shoulder at her captive with a seductive look on her face.

Sam couldn’t believe what she was hearing, and the thought of what Night Stalker was suggesting made her shutter briefly.

Night Stalker finally removed her green eyewear and seductively whipped her hair out of her face. Turning around, Gina began slowly walking towards the bed while swinging her hips and causing her grey tights to rub together; the soft rubbing sound that was created added to the seductive effect.

Now dressed in just her sleeveless leotard, tights, and long fingerless gloves, the brunette hunter sat down on the edge of the bed and crossed her legs.

Silver Osprey eyed her captor weakly, “What…are you…gonna do…”

Gina slowly caressed Osprey’s grey-covered thigh with her finger tips, “I’ll be blunt, you and I are going to get ‘comfortable’ for the next few hours.” A gentle smile formed on Night Stalker’s face as she continued, “Afterwards, I’ll let you go.”

Night Stalker’s sensual touch, combined with the drugs in Osprey’s system, was making it hard for Sam to concentrate. However, the young heroine was able to speak, “Just…like that?”

Gina nodded, “Yep, no take-over-the-world plot, no death trap, no strings attached.”

Sam’s mind was close to being overwhelmed as Night Stalker’s hand was now gently rubbing her inner thigh.

“Think of this as a catch-and-release hunt,” the beautiful young brunette continued, “After I enjoy the spoils of tonight’s victory you’ll be free to go back to fighting crime and saving innocents.”

Silver Osprey’s breathing was heavy as she mentally battled the sensations brought on by Night Stalker’s seductive touch. As Sam’s eyes weakly locked with Gina’s a mutual understanding passed between the two young women, Silver Osprey would come to no harm tonight.

Still, Sam thought she may be able to talk the hunter out of what she was doing, “Night Stalker…”

“Yes dear?” Gina answered.

“You’re not like…other villains…” Osprey was having some difficulty controlling her reactions thanks to Night Stalker’s constant caressing, “You have…uhh…great abilities…you could help so many people…ohhh…”

A seductive grin spread across Gina’s face, “Honestly, I consider myself more…freelance than villainous. Granted, I certainly am selfish when it comes to getting what I want, but if the world was to be invaded or something like that, I wouldn’t hesitate to help you heroes. That being said, it’s just more fun in my current, let’s say, alignment.” Night Stalker leaned in close to Sam’s face and whispered, “And besides, how else would I get to do this…”

Night Stalker slowly climbed onto the bed and straddled the restrained Silver Osprey, ensuring that her grey covered legs touched and rubbed against Osprey’s.

Sam sighed as her brain was racked with the onslaught of sensations caused by the hunter climbing on top of her.

Gina began to slowly run her hand along Osprey’s grey-covered side, enjoying the feel of the material and the warm body it encased. At the same time, Night Stalker gently lowered herself until she was laying on top of Silver Osprey.

Sam’s breathing was heavy and the pleasurable sensations caused by Night Stalker’s soft, warm body pressing against her own made it impossible for the weakened heroine to think.

Night Stalker used her free hand to gently brush a few strands of silver hair out of Osprey’s face as she whispered seductively, “I must admit Silver Osprey, probably one of my favorite things about you is that you don’t use a mask to cover up such a beautiful face.”

Osprey was shocked by the words that came out of her own mouth, “You’re…very pretty too.”

“Aww,” Gina blushed slightly, “Thank you.”

The beautiful brunette cupped Silver Osprey’s cheek with one hand, while her other hand snaked behind the heroine, encircling her trim waist. Rubbing her grey tight-encased legs against Sam’s, Gina enjoyed the soft swishing sound they made as she slowly brought her pretty pink lips to Osprey’s in a passionate kiss. As much as she wanted to fight it, Sam had to admit that Night Stalker was a fantastic kisser. What shocked Osprey even more was that she could no longer control her reactions to all of the sensations that she was experiencing. Silver Osprey squirmed under Night Stalker, though this time it was not in an effort to escape. Gina moaned in satisfaction as she felt the beautiful superheroine kiss her back with a passion.

Even Gina was having trouble catching her breath as she finally broke the kiss, “Wow…that was…amazing…” Night Stalker was very pleased to discover that Silver Osprey was an excellent kisser when she wanted to be.

Night Stalker moved her head slightly to the side and brought it to rest on Osprey’s shoulder. One of Gina’s gloved hands slowly moved downward and began to caress Silver Osprey’s soft inner thigh. This produced a gentle sigh from the captured superheroine. The brunette hunter was pleasantly surprised when Silver Osprey turned her head slightly and rubbed her cheek against Night Stalker’s.

“There ya go,” Gina whispered seductively, “Just let yourself relax and the evening could be enjoyable for the both of us.”

Night Stalker’s arms wrapped around Silver Osprey while she planted light kisses on the heroine’s neck. Sam arched her back as she felt one of Gina’s hands cup her black brief-encased butt.

By now the brunette’s face was several inches above Sam’s, who lifted her head in response. Gina smiled, she knew what Osprey wanted and was more than happy to oblige.

Night Stalker slowly brought her lips to Silver Osprey’s once more and this time the heroine felt the hunter’s tongue probing inside her mouth. Osprey could not hope to fight the sensations that this was causing and she let a satisfied moan into Night Stalker’s lips.

Gina gasped for air as she broke the kiss, “Now that…is how you celebrate a victory.”

Night Stalker laid her head on Silver Osprey’s chest as she whispered, “I promised I would let you go and I intend to keep that promise, but for now we sleep.”

Gina pulled Osprey close and let the slow rise and fall of the superheroine’s chest lull her to sleep.

Silver Osprey’s heart had been racing during the recent ‘activity’ and had caused more drugs to be released into her system. With a final sigh, Sam drifted off into a blissful sleep.

Re: Silver Osprey: Just For Sport

Although consciousness returned slowly to Sam, she had to admit that it wasn’t nearly as bad as waking up after a poisoning from Viper. Sam blinked rapidly as she opened her eyes. Initially she couldn’t remember where she was but within a few seconds it all came back to her. Carefully looking downward, Sam discovered that Night Stalker was still laying on top of her, sound asleep. Not wanting to wake the hunter, Osprey remained as still as possible while she contemplated a means of escape.

It didn’t take long for Sam to realize that she was feeling much better. She quickly determined that she had been asleep long enough for the drugs in her system to wear off. Looking up at the cables that held her wrists, Silver Osprey decided that she had one chance to free herself.

Sam yanked with all her might and the adamantium cables snapped loose. Osprey peeled the patch off her neck and shoved Night Stalker off of her before breaking the cables around her ankles. Just then, the door to the room burst open and Night Stalker’s pet anaconda began to enter the room.

Not wanting to fight the giant reptile in such a small room, Sam dove through a window and felt herself falling. Osprey used her flight ability to stabilize herself and she landed on her feet, finding herself back in the warehouse where she had fought Night Stalker earlier.

Something told Sam to turn around and she looked behind her just in time to see Night Stalker, fully geared up, land about 15 feet away.

“What, didn’t you believe me when I said I’d let you loose?” the hunter asked with a smile.
“I follow my own schedule,” Sam announced confidently, “And now that you’ve had your ‘fun,’ I’m taking you in.”
Gina widened her stance slightly, “So the only way for me to go free is to subdue you long enough to escape huh?”

Before Sam could answer she noticed movement out of the corner of her eye. Looking to her side, Osprey could see that Sonya was coiled up, ready to strike.

Gina quickly held a finger up, “No no Sonya, come here.”

Never taking her eye off of Osprey, the large snake slithered over to Night Stalker. Gina proceeded to remove her belt, pouches, and eyewear. She tossed the items, along with her bow, into a corner of the warehouse.

Turning to Silver Osprey, “Then you and I shall do battle one more time and I will not use any gadgets or tricks,” Gina looked at her pet, “Sonya, you may watch but do not intervene.”

The large reptile slithered into a corner where she could see the entire warehouse floor.

Night Stalker looked back at Sam and continued, “This will be our final contest. The first one to surrender or be rendered unconscious loses. If I win I go free, if you win I come quietly. What do you say?”

Silver Osprey raised her fists and widened her stance, signaling her acceptance to the challenge. Night Stalker smiled as she adopted a fighting stance of her own, “Then let’s begin.”

The two combatants slowly circled each other, each waiting to see who would make the first move. Both women charged and Gina launched a spin kick that Sam ducked under. Osprey swung out with her foot intending to trip up Night Stalker, who managed to jump over the attack.

Gina grabbed a nearby crate and hurled it at Sam. Instead of dodging, Silver Osprey kicked at the crate and sent it rocketing back at Night Stalker, who dropped to her stomach to barely avoid the projectile. Jumping to her feet, Gina executed several back flips to avoid Osprey, who drove a gloved-fist into the concrete floor where the brunette had been an instant earlier.

Sam ran at Night Stalker and leapt into the air, intending to get behind the hunter. Gina anticipated the move though, and drove her boot into Osprey’s stomach as she landed. Sam staggered back from the blow briefly before charging again.

Gina threw a pair of jabs, but Sam blocked them. Retaliating, Osprey unleashed a roundhouse kick, but Night Stalker was able to deflect it. The two went back and forth exchanging blows. Occasionally, one of them would land a hit, but neither woman seemed to gain an advantage.

Finally Sam spotted her opening when Gina threw a right hook. Stepping into the blow, Osprey spun, letting Night Stalker’s fist glance off her back, and drove her elbow into Gina’s stomach. As Night Stalker bent over from the hit, Sam grabbed her opponent’s head and, pulling Night Stalker over her back, sent the hunter flying into a crate and smashing it to pieces.

Osprey tried to press her advantage, but Night Stalker recovered quickly and landed a roundhouse kick that dropped Sam onto her stomach. Gina climbed on top of the downed heroine and attempted to wrap her arm around Osprey’s neck in a sleeper hold. Sam felt Gina’s black-encased arm slide around her neck and reacted quickly by snapping her head back and catching Night Stalker in the bridge of her nose.

Both women quickly regrouped and attacked each other like two mixed martial artists going at it in the octagon. They exchanged jabs, knee strikes, punches, kicks, and grappled ferociously. The fight shifted back and forth, with each girl giving as good as she received.

Eventually, Night Stalker was able to break through Silver Osprey’s defense and landed a punch to the superheroine’s face. As she fell backwards, Sam managed to strike out with a kick and her boot caught Gina in the side of the head, dropping the hunter onto her face.

This time, Gina was first to her feet and she threw a nearby crate at Sam. Seeing the incoming object, Osprey was able to bring her arms up and the box shattered harmlessly against her. Night Stalker then jumped into the air and delivered a quick one-two kick combo that forced Sam to take a couple of steps back.

Gina noticed that Osprey looked dazed and moved to secure her victory. The hunter cocked a fist back and lunged forward.

Night Stalker threw her fist forward in what she thought would be a guaranteed hit. Suddenly, Silver Osprey’s hands came up and she caught the punch. Sam quickly twisted Night Stalker’s arm behind the hunter’s back, while Osprey’s free arm wrapped around Gina’s neck in a sleeper hold. Releasing Gina’s hand, Sam now used both arms to get a better hold. Leaning backwards, Osprey applied maximum pressure to the hold. With her feet barely touching the ground, Gina couldn’t get any leverage to free herself. As black spots began to appear in her vision, Night Stalker was forced to come to the realization that Silver Osprey had beaten her.

Sam could feel Night Stalker’s struggles weakening when she felt the hunter patting her arm. Osprey couldn’t believe it, it was a tap out, Night Stalker was surrendering! Sam thought about it briefly and quickly decided that she would give the brunette the benefit of the doubt and released her hold on Night Stalker.

Gina dropped to her hands and knees gasping for air. As her vision cleared Night Stalker was amazed that Osprey accepted her surrender. Despite having lost the battle, Gina was beaming; Silver Osprey was a very honorable and worthy opponent.

Sam was still on edge as Night Stalker slowly got to her feet. The young heroine was surprised, and a little concerned, to see that the brunette was smiling.

Gina spoke warmly, “Thank you for accepting my surrender Osprey, it was most noble of you.”

Sam was taken aback; Night Stalker was actually complimenting her!

Night Stalker’s posture was relaxed as she continued, “You beat me, so as promised I’ll come quietly.”

Osprey was about to step forward when she saw Night Stalker’s pet anaconda come slithering over.

Gina turned to her pet, “No no Sonya, not tonight.”

The giant snake came over to Gina and raised its head and the brunette crouched down. “We can’t win every time girl,” Gina petted the snake on the head, “You’ll have to manage without me for a while.”

Sonya rubbed her head against Night Stalker’s grey tight-covered leg in a sign of affection. “I’ll miss you too, don’t cause trouble for the neighbors okay,” Gina smiled.

The snake lingered for a moment as if she were pleading with Gina. Eventually, Sonya gathered Night Stalker’s gear from the warehouse corner in her mouth and slithered off.

The beautiful brunette stood back up and turned to Sam, “She knows how to take care of herself, she’ll be fine.”

Since she could tell that Night Stalker was going to keep her word and come quietly, Osprey lightened up a bit, “You ready to go?”

Gina nodded and stepped towards Sam, “Yes. Though, I was wondering if you would grant me a last request.”

Night Stalker had shown a great deal of honor during the night and Silver Osprey decided that the hunter had at least earned the privilege of a final request and the heroine nodded, “What do you want?”

By now Gina was only about a foot away from Sam and she whispered, “You…”

Before she could say no, Osprey felt Gina’s arms encircling her trim waist. Night Stalker pulled the young superheroine close to her, causing their bodies to gently rub against each other. Sam’s breathing became heavy in response to the pleasing sensations that this caused.

Gina’s pretty pink lips were less than an inch from Sam’s, almost in a tease, as the hunter whispered seductively, “Just one last moment…”

Much to her dismay, Osprey found that she could not control her actions as she embraced Night Stalker and brought her own lips to the hunter’s. Gina moaned in response as she enjoyed the feeling of Silver Osprey’s soft, warm body pressing against her own. Sam soon released a moan also as she felt Gina’s hand slide down over her butt. Gina began to squirm, rubbing her body against Osprey and causing a soft swishing sound made by their costumes rubbing together. The brunette was pleasantly surprised when Osprey held her closer, enhancing the sensation.

When they finally broke the kiss, Sam blinked rapidly, trying to comprehend what she had just done. “You fiend,” Osprey finally managed to say quietly.

Night Stalker smiled, “I guess I can live with that, off to the police station then?”

Silver Osprey finally composed herself and flew Night Stalker off to the station, but she was gentle about it.

Landing on the roof of the downtown police station, Sam quickly caught the attention of police officer who was out on a smoke break. As the officer strode over, Gina looked at Silver Osprey and whispered, “I look forward to our next encounter.” The law enforcement official was too busy placing handcuffs on the hunter to notice Sam’s response to Gina, “As do I.”

An hour later, Sam arrived back at the condo that she shared with Mike. As she stepped inside, the heroine looked at the clock and realized that it would still be a couple of hours before her boyfriend got home. Walking towards the bedroom, Sam couldn’t help but smile at the jokes that she anticipated Mike cracking once she told him about tonight’s events. Sam shared everything with Mike and that was one of the pivotal reasons why their relationship worked so well.

Sam shook her head in amusement as she opened the secret compartment in the closet where she stored her uniform. She pulled her small gloves off and flexed her fingers before putting the gloves away. Next, she unclasped her cape and hung it up. Sam then slipped her boots off before she let her hair down.

Sam was about to peel her bodysuit off when she noticed something tucked into her belt. Pulling it out, she found that it was a folded piece of paper. Unfolding the paper, Sam discovered that it was a written note from Night Stalker.

Silver Osprey,
You are an outstanding opponent and I want to thank you for the hunt of a lifetime. Even though we are often pitted against each other, know that I have nothing but respect for you and would never wish any harm on you. This leads me to why I have written this. I have heard rumors throughout the underground that an arch-enemy of yours, Dr. Lisa Carlson, is working on something. Unfortunately, details are very hard to come by other than Carlson is hell bent on getting rid of you. Word has it that she is up to her experimenting again. I wish I had more information for you, just know that I’m pulling for you Osprey, be careful.
Respectfully,
Night Stalker

Great work Caniac! Interesting ending with Night Stalker actually heading for prison, doubt she'll be there long though. Keep up the good work!
