Re: Supergirl Shiny Metallic Costume

Usually those Halloween costumes are cheaply made. But it looks cool to me.

Re: Supergirl Shiny Metallic Costume

It's been used fairly extensively. Randy Moore has done a few vids in it -here is one

The concensus for some of her other vids when she wore it though seemed to be that the traditional Slater-esque leotard was a better option for her. She looks great in anything though (and out of it!) but sometimes these ones can look a little cheesy. Randy herself wasn't too happy with it -

Now she has the trad costume, she just nails it.
How strange are the ways of the gods ...........and how cruel.

Re: Supergirl Shiny Metallic Costume

I didn't mind the original old SG halloween costume that showed up places like sleeperkids world and few other sites. That one however never caught on with me at all. It doesn't seem very skin tight, i really hate the velvet or whatever fabric they used in, and the gold parts are too big. The metalic cape/skirt aren't bad but I'd rather have a company spend a few bucks and get a spandex custom costume or the old one.
Yes Supergirl, that's right its a necklace for you....What's the matter you don't like Kryptonite?

Re: Supergirl Shiny Metallic Costume

as crazy as it sounds I don't like the super girl costume showing the belly. I prefer the old school unitard. Gimme some hosiery though! Love to see those legs in pantyhose tights, whatever!

Well, I do, but when it comes to superheroine costumes, I'm a traditionalist, leotards, tights, unitards, you know the drill.

Re: Supergirl Shiny Metallic Costume

Lets be honest..its due for an overall. Its does look a halloween costume. I am sorry. But it doesn't look attractive or Super. Its looks overused. I cannot speak for other guys here..but the top should appear as a bikini top with a large S where the cleavage is usually shown off.
Don't get me wrong...i enjoy the stories. But really that was from Target? I do believe it was actually bought at Walmart. Nothing wrong with Walmart...but i would expect the people who come with such costumes could be creative enough to put some umph into it.
I have no idea which base your trying to attract...however if its men..your trying to get to..its not there yet. And the bottoms should be stretchable tight spandex . A thong maybe. Of course, if this is for familys. Keep it the way it is. But if its just for guys. You might want Supergirl to dress down a tad. The belly button of this young lady needs to be shown off.
The view of her breasts should show a little. After all that what attracted me here in the first place. I am only speaking for myself. The cape should always be red with Supergirl logo on it. Of course i would have suspected another guy would have pointed these points out before i got out. It would helpfull to me if the gals top was see through as well. Then i would call the costume Super and not overused.
