They missed a great opportunity here, IMHO. This should've been a 3 episode arc with her constantly getting into trouble and Superman bailing her out.

The story was Lois gets Superman's powers. So Superman is just normal. But yeah a great opportunity. Sadly not much happened to Hatcher on that show.

When the series started Teri Hatcher's Lois Lane had taken self defense and could fight, but over the seasons they made her more into the damsel in distress. But doing only the one episode was a waste.

Same thing with the guy that got Superman's powers and was using his x-ray vision to check out a ladies gym's shower and locker room. Whereas Superman's moral code wouldn't let him hit a woman even with his power's, this guy had no qualms.

There's a Project Superwoman video based off this episode of Lois & Clark. The woman uses a machine to steal Supergirl's powers and then beats her up the same way Shelley Long takes Ultrawoman's powers.

I loved this episode so much. Teri Hatcher was hot in that outfit and it was fun seeing her and Shelley Long's fight. I wish it could have been longer, would've loved to see her knock Ultrawoman and Superman around a lot more.
