I'd like to bring up a not-much discussed aspect of SHIP -- the moans and groans of the heroine in peril and being defeated. Very often, it does not sound 'heroic' enough, as the actress sounds whiny or too high pitched. I like the heroine, even when in pain, to sound 'strong' and that she is trying to overcome the villain.
What do you guys think of this?

I agree no high-pitched squeals or squeaks or even moans of pleasure while being chloroformed or subdued. I think she has to be struggling with all her might to escape the villain's clutches. She knows if she is captured the symbol she stands for will be tarnished and that is more important to her than any pleasure...at least until she is gradually broken down of course. But that comes later after she has woken up from her capture.

Re: Superheroine Moans
I tend to agree that far too early in many SHIP videos the supposed superheroine is whimpering, crying or wailing even before any serious harm occurs. This destroys the heroine mystique far too quickly. Furthermore when there is groping or minor sexual assault begun, I'd love to hear something other than simple "nos" and "please don't" and the all-too-familiar "you can't do this, I'm (insert name here). It'd be great to hear feisty come backs like "Really, you're doing this?" or a sarcastic "oh no, please don't make me climax" or maybe even a soft "Pervert much?" under her breath. At least at first anyway. You can always get to the yelps and groans after it gets serious. Producers, fewer cliches and more stalwart heroines please.

I agree with the Doctor. I doubt very much whether Gal Gadot's WW would whimper or wail the way so many lesser heroines seem to do at the first sign of trouble - unless she's playing possum of course.DrDominator9 wrote:I tend to agree that far too early in many SHIP videos the supposed superheroine is whimpering, crying or wailing even before any serious harm occurs. I agree. A defiant heroine is a sexy heroine. Having her deny her arousal or even laugh at the villain trying to stimulate her is especially hot ("Trying to make up for high school much?" "You really think you have what it takes to arouse me? Ha!" "I've trained long and hard to resist this you little boy")...and then to her horror she'll see how skilled he is at bringing her around and moan/groan in surprise and pleasure.DrDominator9 wrote:I tend to agree that far too early in many SHIP videos the supposed superheroine is whimpering, crying or wailing even before any serious harm occurs. I remember an old video (one of Powercat serie, New Phoenix) where the actresses before going down growled like trapped tigers, I think that one was appropriate.emile wrote:I'd like to bring up a not-much discussed aspect of SHIP -- the moans and groans of the heroine in peril and being defeated. In the Heroines of Sword vid series the rather gorgeous little young blonde number made EXACTLY THE SAME NOISE every time she threw a punch OR got hit OR was violated. (Electrababe or something similar I believe she was)
So you just had HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA ad infinitum for half an hour regardless of what was ACTUALLY happening, all delivered in the same dreadful flat monotone.

How strange are the ways of the gods ...........and how cruel.

While being chloroformed or losing consciousness only. Otherwise, she is not a heroine in peril.
I moan and groan all the time, but then I AM a true coward at heart.
