A Feamle Conan Movie

Well sort of

I'd be more receptive to it, if the director hadn't used the cheap pop of the Conan name

But it looks like a movie to watch when you are snowed in and can get drunk.

Weren't art movies made like this all throughout the 60s, 70s and 80s? Nothing new. Looks like Satyricon meets Zardoz meets Ed Wood meets the Cremaster Cycle meets whoever the hell directed the video for "Unholy".

You're right - if the director hadn't used the Conan name, nobody would have given two shits.

But check the trailer and see for yourself.

This film seems to be intentionally parodying the stylistic tropes commonly seen in foreign films that are often satirized in American comedies. It begs the question whether there's an intentional homage or connection being made to the classic 1980s film "Conan the Barbarian," given its distinct cinematic style and cultural impact.
