Brady Brides. Girls in leotards learn self defense

This short clip is from the Brady Brides, a short lived series that tried to follow on from the Brady Bunch. In this scene the mum, carol, is teaching her daughters, Jan and Marsha, some self defense. All are wearing leotards and tights. The technique is a little too devastating for their liking.

I remember seeing this when it was first on TV over 20 years ago and I am sure that they threatened to use their techniques on their husbands. Also later in the episode one of the girls, possibly Jan, fights off a burglar. Does anyone have these missing clips in their archives?
