What kind of rating are you aiming for with this custom? PG? Adult?
You could have questions which are on the surface kind of innocent, but to a superheroine really dangerous. Like, what is their day job, where do they live, what is their real name? And then dares like, lifting their mask up, giving the other person and orgasm or removing an item of clothing. Say the Superheroine picks that note, the thug has to tell her what he wants her to remove. If you wanted to be really evil, you could tilt the notes in favour of the thug. With notes that specify, if one of them is a superhero or wearing a costume, they must stand still for 5 minutes and let anyone in the room do what they want with them. And if they move or resist the room fills with gas.
